I found the best part of DaySmart Spa to be the report options. There are hundreds of different options for reports and all of the criteria is very customizable.
I dislike that the software is a bit slow and it can take some time to get help from the Support team if any issues or questions arise. There is no option for CRM or EMR within the software or for e-prescribing.
My business is no longer using DaySmartSpa, but when we were using it, the biggest benefit for us was all of the report options that were available. The report criteria is entirely customizable and simple to understand.

DaySmart Spa has really well-considered configuration options that are designed to support a variety of operations. One of my favorite parts is that much of your data is exportable, which allows me to integrate it into third-party providers.
Some of the more complex features that are built-in to the software aren't quite suitable for our needs—the tools to build a website and run email lists, for example. Overall it's less focused on medical spa operations than we'd prefer.
We've been using it to run most of our booking and client management within the clinic. It's also been working well as a POS for a small selection of retail products.
The look and process of use is great, lots of ways to custom color code and organize our medspa services.
Bridging multiple locations isn't possible, each location is separate: client & employee database, products & services all have to be ented 3 times when you have 3 locations. Clients who hop from one location to another exist independent of their records from the other locations. I highly suggest getting a salon Orchid that is web-based & multi-spa ready. We need the database of employees, clients, services, products to all be combined, but have each location their calendar, sales / totals by location & each locations' product inventory.
Also would love to be able to allocate commissions for individual employees on the employee page & group different rates by service category.
Lastly a way to enter closed for holidays override in employee schedule.
