What do you like best about DaySmart Appointments?

I loved Appointment Plus and all the flexibility it offered. Working with Lia was a pleasure. She was so informative and very professional. She ironed out so many questions we had and was extremely helpful in getting our schedules up and running. She always gave suggestions and helped to make Appointment Plus work for our needs. She did some workarounds that made it customized to what we wanted.

What do you dislike about DaySmart Appointments?

There wasn't much to dislike. I wish there were quick ways to set up breaks or lunch - like some sort of symbol or quick link to just put in and move on to more scheduling.

What problems is DaySmart Appointments solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are working with support to figure out why when someone books an appointment, they can only reschedule with this same person. This program will definitely benefit our needs.

What do you like best about DaySmart Appointments?

Appointment plus is easy to use, we can make changes to our services, prices and availability with just a few clicks. We have customer data available quickly when needed. The pricing is reasonable. We are very happy with the service.

What do you dislike about DaySmart Appointments?

I wish we could schedule multiple people at one location.

A bit complicated to set up recurring schedules

The Appt Plus system reduced my no-shows to almost zero and for a fraction of the cost of my live remote assistant to create reminders.

What do you like best about DaySmart Appointments?

Easy to use interface and great customer service!

What do you dislike about DaySmart Appointments?

The only drawback to the system is that appointments don't automatically sync with our version of Outlook. We have to open each appointment email individually and save the date/info to our calendars.

What problems is DaySmart Appointments solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are not experiencing any problems with the system.

The system saves us so much time not having to schedule individual appointments with students.

Appointment-Plus is very easy to use. Almost no training is required for users to start using it.

What do you dislike about DaySmart Appointments?

Better integration with phone/text software. Currently, you have to depend on the market place and that too is limited in some way or expensive.

Simple, easy to use and manage, Fast implementation, no-nonsense product.

With so many options it can be easy to drop "into the weeds".

Allowed for transitioning to requiring appointments for customers with social distancing requirements covered.

I like that I can keep all appointments organized, that my staff can log in to see their appointments and I can print a detailed report at the end of the week.

I have no negative opinions or dislikes regarding AppointmentPlus.

With Covid-19 it was a challenge to open up our offices to the public and AppointmentPlus gave us the tools to allow customers to schedule on-line and manage the influx people while keeping everyone safer.
