Appointment plus is easy to use, we can make changes to our services, prices and availability with just a few clicks. We have customer data available quickly when needed. The pricing is reasonable. We are very happy with the service.

The only drawback to the system is that appointments don't automatically sync with our version of Outlook. We have to open each appointment email individually and save the date/info to our calendars.

I loved Appointment Plus and all the flexibility it offered. Working with Lia was a pleasure. She was so informative and very professional. She ironed out so many questions we had and was extremely helpful in getting our schedules up and running. She always gave suggestions and helped to make Appointment Plus work for our needs. She did some workarounds that made it customized to what we wanted.
There wasn't much to dislike. I wish there were quick ways to set up breaks or lunch - like some sort of symbol or quick link to just put in and move on to more scheduling.
We are working with support to figure out why when someone books an appointment, they can only reschedule with this same person. This program will definitely benefit our needs.
