I would like to have phone support in addition to computer response, the support is great and fast but some of us older people still like phone support. Not having phone support is NO dealer breaker, just something I would like better.
Daylite is one if not the most valuable program I use.
Instead of hundreds of notes, everything I do with a customer is in one place, easy to find. I can review every interaction with a customer.

Because the question is asking me to focus on the negative aspects of the software, I have wracked my brain to try and think of things I dislike about the software. I can't think of anything. Genuinely. It is awesome and the developers update so often, there is always something new to learn from or a new/improved feature.

Daylite took me a while to learn a long time ago but their customer service has always been there to help out. It's much easier to use than when I started out though.
I need to be able track my guests and the trips they've been on with me. It's nice to tell returning guests which guide they had 8 years ago and who their fellow travellers were. Having all this data on my desktop, iPad and iPhone makes it extremely convenient.
