Daxko is easy to train on. User friendly.

Daxko takes you thru things step by step as you navigate the system. I work at a YMCA and we use this as our check in system and to keep track of members.

Sometimes there are glitches or malfunctions in the system that can be frustrating.

We are able to keep track of all of our members in one system.

I enjoy the versatility of daxko. We utilize it for programs and for our membership department and it has been a huge game changer for our association.

Creating programs have shown its own unique challenges, including some issues with creating rosters, contact sheets and modifying existing programs.

We have see a huge benefit in daxko from our previous registration system, it’s solving our registration and membership tracking problems.

I love that it is so easy to create programs and keep track of clients and their individual information and transactions.

Sometimes it can be a long process to create programs which can be very frustrating, some things seem a bit out of place but with a little bit of playing around it can be figured out.

Daxko makes sharing information about members easy with the notes function and scheduling can be done very quickly.

Daxko Accounting is convenient and easy to use. With it, you can make reports that you can easily export to Excel or in PDF format. There is an opportunity to consolidate information after receiving the results, and it was incredibly nice to be able to determine the departments on which the budget is spent, we corrected and saved time and money.

As expected, we could not find any minuses.Daxko Accounting copes well with creating reports and exporting them.

With the help of Daxko Accounting we did accounting reports.

Daxko Accounting is easy to use. Reports can be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet or Adobe. You can track multiple branches within your organization and print reports for each branch and each department as well as for the entire organization.

Budgeting would be easier if upon creation of a new budget the last year's actual numbers were automatically calculated in each month.

I would highly recommend it.

We can track income and expenses easily and know immediately if a department is within budget or overspending. The benefit to this is that you can control cash flow.

I like how it is an all in one solution. Before Daxco I used many different programs to do what Draxco could do and it wasnt cheap to use so many different programs.

It had a moderate learning curve but once I figured how it all worked together it has been a easy to manage.

It may take some time getting use to the all in one system but stick with it and it makes everything so much easier!

Membership tracking. Scheduling and basic office functions. It is a lot simple then training the staff to use different programs that dont easily mesh together.

It lets you see the current memebers who come in. Birthday reminders, critical members and donors.

I dislike that It does not connect and link in to Daxko operation therefore you have to use operation speralty if you have missing information in engage.

Depending on the company and purpose. It also will need some work baised on company needs.

It notifies me when members are in critical condition, missing payments and important messages.

I like how the dashboard shows you your critical numbers and helps speed things up when needing to review them.

There’s not much to dislike, if I had to pick something I would say the customer support is lacking a little.

Give them a call and let them answer any questions. They are friendly and will steer you in the right direction for your needs.

It helped me be able to pull up data on demand when on the phone or in a meeting. The main benefit is it helps keep your data in your face so it’s harder to forget.

I really enjoy the versatility of the product. We utilize it for member check ins, program registration, community payments, etc. it allows us to quickly review members accounts.

When creating a program there isn’t a “back” option, once you’ve created it,’you better hope you have done it right otherwise it’s a huge hassle. Creating specific rosters is hard as well.

We are solving a lot of issues including the ability to have a one and done registration system. Daxko allows us to have an all in one program.
