We have found nothing to dislike with datajar.mobi regarding its current usage.

There has been a wide range of issues that we have encountered. Some relate to adding additional apps onto Self-Service; looking through the password reset feature and configuration with NoMAD; solving issues with duplicate serial number entries; and configuration changes. But, in any situation, the dataJAR team is always available to provide effective support.

Working with Datajar has been a great experience because they completely understand the challenges of the HE sector.

Nothing to dislike, the challenges are mainly with Apple!

Datajar are always on hand and quick to respond and help with even the smallest of issues.

the datajar.mobi app allows me to manage all our Apple devices easily via one app. I'm able to do everything on it from updating iPads and push out software.

It would be good if there is an assigned passcode to unlock Lost mode on any iPad in our organisation. Sadly once an iPad is found and is not connected to a wifi network, we can't get into it unless we completely wipe it.

Allows us to keep track of which iPads are not compliant, which ones are outdated and which ones need updating. The datajar mobi app has definitely helped me become more productive and confident in approaching Apple related issues.

We have over 150 iPads in our school and the datajar.mobi cloud based solution lets us easily monitor them. We can easily enable or disable feature form the solution. We can check the OS version and push out updates to make sure we are compliant. Being able to enable "lost mode" in school is a very handy feature.

They solve all kinds of MDM management issues, Device and app related issues, troubleshooting devices, and any software updates/management requests.

We have had very prompt and professional support from a friendly team who genuinely know what they're doing, from iPads to iMacs to Mac minis, caching servers etc., whether we need apps scopped or bespoke software, fixes, updates, remote assistance, the list goes on...

In this experience I have yet to find something to dislike with the service and products provided, I have only had a positive experience so there is nothing I can add.

We have customised music programs that need a license server for certain levels of student access and other programs that help increase the usability and productivity of our teaching and use.
