It's really helpful to have a tool that has the flexibility to integrate different data sources and the capability to take actions with other different sources with their easy to use API tool and webhooks.

Data visualization tools could be way better at what they are, they are not as flexible as some people would like

Datagran has helped us to integrate our data sources in a single place and has given us the ability to consult them with a single SQL query. This has given us the opportunity to identify marketing opportunities and automate most of our communications with the use of Pipelines.

We primarily used Datagran for our product pre-launch landing page signups. Our product was in a very competitive category. We as well as our ads agency wasn't able to get the CPL below $3.8 after 3-4 weeks of AB testings. We convinced the ads agency to give datagran a go and we were able to get the CPL below $2.5 even $2 immediately. The ads agency paused all the ads they were running for us and switched to datagran completely. We saved a lot of ads money by using datagran. Besides the robustness of the algorithm, the Datagran team was also super responsive and helpful. I have recommended Datagran to many other startups since then.

They are underselling the ads-optimizer. I can see a lot of people signing up for datagran just for their ads-optimizer. Also, although they do have a very friendly and helpful demosession once you sign up to walk you through how to use the platform, I wish there was more educational training up front on how to best take advantage of their algorithm - for example, it is the most effective when there's human involvement, algorithm will be more effective if it lasts longer, etc
