DataGrail is an extremely useful tool, especially because it has helped us to build up an inventory of systems, automate requests for data subjects (which saves us a lot of time).

Overall, I really like DG. I think they could improve it and let the client customize some parameters in the inventory and risk monitor, but overall it's very good

DataGrail solves a unique problem and they solve it better than anyone else I've talked to.

It is more of a me problem then a DataGrail problem, but being a lawyer sometimes it is hard for me to understand all the technical jargon.

It is important for Route to be compliant with GDPR/CPRA and other new data privacy regulations and laws, and DataGrail helps us be compliant in the easiest possible way.

Has direct integrations with service providers for simple user data management. Implementation was straighforward and fairly easy process

Would like to see an option to do bulk updates for users submission scrubs

The entire process has been smooth and seamless, and the DataGrail team has been there to help get the product implemented and running.

We are just getting started, but there is nothing to dislike yet. Would love to see DataGrail build out additional privacy and compliance features in the future, but for data discovery, systems inventory, and data subject requests it's been amazing.

Mapping complex data systems much quicker than we could have manually

Working with Datagrail has been a great experience thus far. This company, truly stands out with their dedicated and invested customer support. They are not only your partner, but integrate and feel like a true extension of your team. Understanding the world of privacy is made seamless with DataGrail!

We are still early in implementation - but to date there are no compliants!

DataGrail is helping our organzation with streamlining and automating workflows, managing consumer data requests and remaining transparent.

The system has been easy to learn and maintain

I can't think of anything that is not useful in the system.

We have multipul system and we needed to have one single source of truth. I needed to know if we have a request to remove, we can see all systems in one dashboard. Easy to see and excute.

The support that we had from the team at DataGrail. Catherine & Patrick go above and beyond to make sure you're clear on the project, next steps, etc.

There are a few non-intuitive items in the tool.

We did not have any compliance pieces in place, and DG helped us get there.

At this stage of our launch, the best thing about DG is how dedicated the team is to helping us reach our goals.

I have yet to find a downside to using DG.

DG is:

- Automating our DSAR dulfillment process

- Helping us create a comprehensive Data Map

- Automating workflows that have been previosuly tedious and time consuming

-Properly documenting our compliance

- Assiting in the drafting of DPIA, etc

Data mapping has been made simple and futuristics by Datagrail. It is easy to integrate and implemet.

The integration is always easy and untill now we havenot faced any issues from datagrai.

Our data workflow, which includes requests for verification, access reports, erasure, and rectification, is automated by DataGrail. Additionally, it automates our record of processing and data inventory management.

I would have to say the best thing about DataGrail is their incredible team! Our Engagement Manager, Catherine Miranda, was there every step of the way, and alongside her was Bryan Pressley, our Customer Success Manager. They were both able to answer any and all of our questions as they would come up. The DataGrail product is great and is definitely helping solve for our companies Privacy Program needs. The Live Data Map is going to be a wonderful tool for us to be able to get a complete blueprint of our data systems and PII. Throughout our implementation Catherine and Bryan asked for our input on the product and potential features we wish to see, it was great to know that our additional needs and wishes with the product are being taken into consideration.

I do not have any dislikes to call out for DataGrail

DataGrail is allowing us to establish a process for receiving and responding to consumer data requests quicker and more efficiently. DataGrail automates the validation of data requests, and tracks every step of the data request, while notifying the internal team as well as the consumer of the progress. This overall saves our team time, and time is so valuable!
