We like the quantity of connectors and ease of use

Maybe the price a little bit high, but in general is a good product

We use Dataddo to connect multiple sources to Google Data Studio

Supports Quickbooks data transfer directly from QBO to PostgreSQL data tables automatically on scheduled basis with ability to set time window for selected data sets. Eliminates need for any manual intervention to utilize CSV formatted export files as means to import into SQL tables. Great customer support for configuring exports exactly to my requirements and integration needs.

The only thing I did not like is that pricing is fairly high for 3 data set export limit. Would like a more flexible pricing plan where data set quantities can be increased s.t. lower cost per data set results and where I can assign data sets at will to different clients. I.e. pricing plan that is more developer/reseller oriented vs. end user oriented.

Needed to export Quickbook transaction data into a PostgreSQL set of tables to support a custom application to meet specific vertical market requirement. Spent many hours evaluating multiple ETL tools and Dataddo tools was only one that met all my requirements. Other tools allowed export of QBO data to CSV but that then required additional steps to move the CSV data into SQL tables. Other tools supported direct transfer of QBO data to SQL tables but inserted JSON formated data into SQL columns which then required additional conversion steps to get native data formats.

3 things mainly:

Customization: More customization options for specific data sources would be beneficial.

Dataddo's integration capabilities centralize our data, while automation reduces manual effort and ensures up-to-date information.

This has resulted in increased resource efficiency, cost savings, and improved data-driven decision-making, making Dataddo an indispensable tool for our organization's data management needs.

Dataddo is a great tool to integrate several data sources either your business intelligence tools or data repositories such as data lakes, data bases or data warehouses, its platform is really friendly and I can create data flows with no coding experience.

Some data sources important for my business are not available yet.

I can check GMB Locations reviews and transfer them to a googles sheets doc to report on my campaign to get reviews up. Setting up is quick and effortless. Great tool to use

I dont like the fact that I have to pay for a better version, but I mean that's life I suppose. NOthing great comes free. eventually I will pay when required. But I love this application

I can now track reviews that come on Google My Business for Cartrack's 20 branches in South Africa and transfer that data onto a google spread sheet easily. Now I can track the results of the customer feedback campaign I am running at the company.

Dataddo has the most connectors of any API I've evaluated and if they don't have one, they'll build it for you! It also comes in at the most cost-effective API.

There isn't much to not like, it's got everything I need.

It allows me to integrate data from a huge range of sources and display them to the team in a visually appealing way that's fully automated.

UX/UI is straightforward and beautiful

Support is accessible, helpful and fast

Lots of connectors ready to use on the most popular software

They can develop new connectors for free to fill your needs

Pricing is per connector and not related to the volume of data integrated

I don't know yet how to work with the custom data that you created (for example: custom data fields in your CRM software), probably you have to customize the integration code, but I don't know yet how to do it.

Sometimes the connectors are not ready for some important data from software. For example: payments object in Pipedrive.

Integrate and consolidate data from several softwares that we are using (excel spreadsheets, google drive, ERPs, CRM and so on)

Easily bring data from different softwares to a DataViz tool like PowerBI so you will be able to automate reports from multiple sources

I've been using Dataddo for the past two years and it has been an exceptional ETL provider, helping me funnel data from multiple third-party platforms to power our business metrics. In my two-year journey with Dataddo, I have yet to come across a significant issue that was not swiftly resolved by their responsive support team. My experience has been largely positive.

Dataddo has been invaluable in solving the problem of integrating data from third-party platforms that no other ETL tool was able to connect with. This has made it the most reliable solution available for my specific needs.

Wide selection of integrations and weekly data synchronization, all available on the free plan for our simple business needs.

You must pay a premium to sync historical data, which is a bit of a downside if you're just getting started.

It helped solve a major issue we were facing with linking data between our two platforms (Act-On and PowerBI), without paying the hefty premiums other platforms were demanding!
