The greatest quality of assistance that the DataChannel team offers is what I value the most. The entire team is really amiable and helpful, and they always go above and above. I really appreciate how simple it is to keep an eye on and manage my data. My everyday duties have been greatly streamlined by DataChannels’ user-friendly UI, which has improved convenience in my everyday work life.
It can be difficult to edit a report once you've created it. However, it just requires practice, and after a few attempts, it becomes simpler.

Best option I've found to simplify data stack, pull from multiple sources of truth, and aggregate/distill/visualize just about any data stream. It's essntial in my data analysis, I use it multiple times a day across multiple clients in vastly different verticals.

- Data transformation into something analysable does not come out-of-the-box for these platforms, so you will need expertise in transforming these with SQL or similar to properly pass values and dimensions.
- Setup process turned out to be slightly complex for us in the beginning. But their support team was very helpful in resolving any or all of our platform-related queries.
We have a lot of data sources, from website performance to ad spend data, that are limited by platform - whether it be lookback period, user knowledge of these specialist platforms or how you analyse the data.
