It is of high importance to me to keep in contact closely and work on improvements, bugs, or any issues we face, which has been the case. Thank you! Moreover, having such a great working solution for all of our assets has been great, and the fact that it is so flexible and can be changed for our wishes, is fantastic!

Good question, but so far, there is nothing that I dislike. No complaints :)

Having one dedicated DAM system is the biggest problem we had. After we created MediaHub (our DAM system's name), we gained a lot of benefits: better internal alignment with all strategic teams, employees, external partners; a faster way of communication regarding assets; a perfect library for assets needed for our new website - all is visible through one single click.

Data dwell gives a safe online substance library, custom fitted to you and your business – an effectively accessible list of all your brand, marketing and product media that permits clients to store , sort out, find and share content with anyone. The system has a quick reliable download speed for getting access to the assets of the company. Managing the user and user permissions is easy. You can even share your data with the third party companies without even leaking any of the secrets and can control the amount of data you want to share. This piece of software can prove itself quite useful for the companies of both high and lower caliber. User interface is quite attractive and you can share large files of any format with anyone. Everything is pre-organized. Drag drop to upload the pictures. The quality of the pictures or any videos doesn’t drops even after uploading and downloading multiple times. Once you get used to this software it’s very hard to shift to any other cloud storage software. There are so many features in Data Dwell which other cloud software’s don’t even offer.

There are some restrictions in the integrations which can prove themselves quite irritating sometimes. Sometimes there is a glitch that the author did not received any notification about the receiver downloading the information. We expect a window explorer feature within the data dwell so we can access our windows through the software and can make life easier.

In a Nutshell, it is a great cloud software with a lot of features. In this price range none of the competitor software offers such features. Very handy to access all data of the company in no time.

The main functions of Data Dwell Management include workflow management, Asset management, Metadata management and others.The user also gets a free trial so the user can judge for themselves if they want to use the program or not.It is only web based and cannot be installed so you can access it from any computer no matter where you are present. It has a really fast download speed. The team working at Data Dwell Asset Management is responsive if you show your concerns and problems to them they usually get back to you within hours to find the solution.

Data Dwell Digital Asset Management doesn't have any major problems however minor problems are always present in softwares.The interface is hard to work with and It doesn't have a mobile application so it can become a hindrance sometimes while working. There were problems faced while uploading high quality videos so this issue needs to be fixed. Problems arose while updating the system.

Data Dwell Digital Asset Management is overall a great tool that manages all your business needs at one platform so it is highly recommended. You can also form folders so that it can access those users which do not have software. It also providing the information to other team members with just few clicks. It is highly recommended especially for companies that are just starting out.

I love how user friendly it is! It's very straight forward and requires little assistance and direction for users.

There's nothing that I dislike about this system. I'd suggest the white background could change - however, I understand the reason we have this!

Problems: Very small problems with setting up 'companies' - where regions weren't saving and a small problem with adding notes. These problems are now resolved!

Benefits: It's extremely easy to use and navigate. It's also so easy to create new sub folders/change trees and upload assets.

The system is very quick and reliable up- and download speed for assets. It's easy and fast to share assets when they are requested. Data Dwell has an excellent support team that is fast to repair if somethings goes wrong with updates. The support team is always looking for new ways to improve the system with the customers needs in mind. Secure backup for all our marketing assets. Managing users and user privileges is easy. It's easy to create drop folders to upload content for 3rd party individuals that don't have access to the system

I have had problems with uploading files over 6 GB - especially video files. Previewing video files in browser was not always working. We have had some issues when the system has been updated and the system has been moved between servers. When I have made a shared link to a asset and I make a change to the asset and upload another file in versioning the shared link don't upgrades the asset to the new version.

I completely recommend this product. It has helped me and my team to orginize our marketing assets and deliver them on a easy and fast way. The support team is fast to repair if somethings goes wrong in upgrades. They are always improving and developing the system with the customers needs in mind.

Better organization and overview of assets. Saving time sending assets when requested. Secure backup of all marketing meterial that has been produced for the company. Making co-workers independent in searching and downloading assets to work with.

How easy it is to share large files and work in a diverse group. Also adding metadata and sharing that is a great feature.

The interface can be hard to navigate through. Mostly this is a problem when introducing it to new users.

Better oversight over files and photos and also fast and easy sharing is valuable in a hectic work environment

Keeping all photos, files and text in one place. Easily shared with colleges and customers. Also it makes it easy to work with photographers and printers etc.

I can't pick just 1 thing! Ease of upload, ability to click through pdfs without downloading, the user interface, the speed of response to any technical queries, ability to create quick links to assets.

Nothing really! But it would be great if there was a way to move assets within subfolders without having to open the whole folder tree from the very first folder.

Could be aesthetically more pleasing but that's a very minor thing.

Sharing our style guides and graphic assets with our licensees. The ease of uploading assets, selecting what access to give to each of our users and clear lay out make it a very easy and straight forward tool to use on both ends.
