I love the graphical user interface of the DashThis platform! It is effortless to use and creates beautiful reports with many data options. I can easily customize the reports based on metrics I want to share with the client.

I wish that there were more reports available with the basic version. I have three options, so I use them for monthly, quarterly and annual reports. For one client, this works well, but I will have to upgrade if I add more clients.

DashThis makes it easy to compile key social metrics in a shareable report. The interface is lovely, and I can customize it with the client's logo and colors. It saves me valuable time and resources creating reports every month and I like that the data is updated in real-time.

What really sets this dashboard apart is its ability to track multiple channels at once with so many integrations, that other Dashboards doesn't support. From different social media channels to email campaigns, SEO to PPC, you can see all of your data in one place, and compare performance across different channels. This level of insight is invaluable for optimizing your marketing efforts and making data-driven decisions, but also to provide valuable insigts to all our clients.

We've been using DashThis for 3 years at our digital marketing agency (plutonic.dk), and what baffles me the most is the level of customer support you get. With 3 years behind as a customer and an ever growing industry with new channels and integrations to come it is inevitable that there will be no questions from our side. So once in a while when we had some issues or questions DashThis has always been quick to reply and come to assistance, which is really nice.

There is not much to dislike about DashThis, and it is also hard to pinpoint anything, since we been a happy customer for almost 3 years. In Denmark almost everyone speaks English fluently, so it's not really an issue having data visualized in that language, but once in a while you have a client that wants everything in Danish and although it's possible to edit the text in widgets, headers etc. it can take a while.

We have been using DashThis for several years for metrics reports for our clients. We can pull in just about any platform we use, whether social media accounts or email marketing. The reports are beautiful and easy to read. Our clients enjoy seeing growth in our campaigns without having to read through a wordy report or dig through numbers. Plus, customer support is amazing!!

Nothing. I have not come across anything I don't like. The one thing I think would help is getting a notification that one of the connections failed. Sometimes we don't know until we open a dashboard.

Before DashThis, we were spending hours creating reports for clients. We like to send monthly reports, so this used up much of our time. DashThis makes putting a report together simple! All the data is auto-populated each month. The design of the report is beautiful and easy to read. I love the charts, graphs, and comparisons.

Our marketing agency researched 15+ dashboard reporting tools and DashThis was by far the most comprehensive, visually pleasing, easy to use, and customizable tool out there!

DashThis offered us a free trial while we were making our decision and Marie-Claude was AMAZING!!! Had she not been patient, thorough, and timely in her responses, we most likely wouldn't have chosen DashThis. They are blessed to have her on their team! For some of the other companies we were looking at, we never even got to use their free trial because they simply didn't respond to questions. Which brings me to my next topic, customer service. DashThis gets back to you fast and even sends "how to" videos showing exactly how to accomplish a task. I can't speak highly enough about DashThis sales, account management, and client support.

I am not sure this is in DashThis control, however when the max number of API calls have been reached for a specific dashboard, you have to wait until the next hour to finish updating the dashboard. It would also be nice if when scrolling through a note, multi-column, or column list widget, the scroller automatically adjusted rather than having to remember to pull the box down to see the full text.

Our clients LOVE their new monthly reporting metrics and seeing their company colors and logo on their reports. We love DashThis for their support, engagement, helpful tips, and listening to client feedback! We asked for a few things (thinking maybe down the road they would happen) and BOOM, next thing we know, the feature is released in a beta version, and we were able to utilize it! If I could give DashThis 10-stars, I would. We are excited to see what the next year holds for our business because of leveraging DashThis!”

Honestly, their customer service is the best I've ever seen - not just in their industry, but anywhere. Their reports are also gorgeous and very customisable. Plus the white-label dashboard has impressed my clients tremendously.

Almost nothing! They are expensive compared to other options, but once you've spent some time with them, you'll realise why. This is no ordinary reporting tool.

Creating reports manually is tedious and time-consuming. DashThis not only makes it easy, but their reports are also stunning - and you can brand them with your client's logo and colour scheme. It really elevates your reporting beyond that of any other tool I've seen.

It is extremely intuitive and user friendly. Integrations out the box are wide and varied allowing me to build reports on every metric I would want to capture on behalf of our clients.

So far, I can't fault it. It does exactly what I need it to.

Go for the 15-day trial and get stuck in. You won't be bombarded by pushy sales people but instead presented with genuine account managers ready to help if ever needed.

As a Marketing Manager at a full service agency, it is vital that I have access to reports on all digital marketing activity for all clients. DashThis is the first system we have used that does this without unnecessary complexity, therefore allowing us to keep on top of activity, free from frustrations.

Not many dislikes about this. Missing a few integrations such as pinterest etc. But hopefully coming soon!
