-Workflow format could have a better numbering system that shows what report it is.

-When viewing a photo, it would be good to add a swiping functionality in order to more easily move between photos - especially when in full screen mode.

That it is central location for every thing that is going on across the project. You can see what is going on across the project without leaving your desk.

I don't have any dislikes. Dash pivot dose what it is there to do.

Easy to use even for people that are not good with computers Dashpiviot has made it simple to use but able to preform complicated tasks

The work flow feature is one of it's best features. Being able to see weather or not a purchase order or permit has been signed off and knowing who you need to contact to get it approved to keep the work going onsite. Also with the App it makes it easy to approve documents on the move. Great Product.

Ability to digitise existing paper based processes. This enhances visibility of sites we working on, the real time information makes soling issues on site far quicker than we were through phone calls, e-mails etc. We find the templates very easy to make, issue and use meaning implementation has been made very simple.

Photo's and tagging has helped give contract managers an instant overview of what work has been completed on each day and an ability to see issues and correct before they become snagging issues.

Nothing so far looking forward to seeing how they develop the software over the next 12 months.

Most of our construction sites are not local therefore there was a disconnect between site based staff and office based project engineers and contract managers. With Dashpivot we have gained a real time over view of what is happening on site and an ability to log and record more information without burdening the site supervisors with more admin.

Nothing major. Small updates are desired, however Sitemate has acknowledged these and are constantly working to upgrade their product

Draft Feature, ability to communicate with team members by uploading project images. This is something that we found difficult previously with many sites around the state - now with Dashpivot it is super easy.

Not being able to upload PDF documents as templates. We have a number of health and safety documents and site plans that do not require a template to be made, however still need to be accessed by our team.

Dashpivot is a very powerful yet simple tool to use. the Department of Education (School Infrastructure NSW) has billions of dollars of work, which is bolstered by the great reliability and power of Dashpivot.

That I cannot use it in every other part of my life.

This is the best software currently available as far as any kind of monitoring WHS and commercial records goes.

We have used Dashpivot to assist our CQS staff in identifying and rectifying defects in building quality, Environment and some WHS compliance. Our projects have benefited greatly from our use of Dashpivot and this is leading to fewer and fewer defects on handover.
