Simple and easy to onboard and train team members on to adopt the platform and maximize the ROI of a DAM. Asset organization, searching for an asset, and managing assets is very easy and fast to accomplish. Love the ability to download graphics to different sizes and specs! Customer support from the intro to onboarding was exceptional! Love our team at Dash. They made migrating from another platform to Dash so easy and integration of Dash was basically effortless!
Haven't discovered anything to dislike. Onboarding and initial use has been simple and seamless!
Asset management, sharing assets with partners and network, organizing and locating assets without taking away resource time from other team members
The thing that swayed us compared to the other suppliers we demoed was the ease of use of Dash. Compared to other legacy DAMs, Dash is extremely intuitive. The UI is clean, fresh and easy to navigate. Implementation is also made very simple with the excellent customer support provided. Their onboarding team is very knowledgeable and helpful. I'd highly recommend Dash to any business that wants to centralise the management and storage of its digital assets. I'm confident that the range of features provided will fit most use cases. Dash integrates easily with many common tools so I'm sure it'll become an essential part of your toolkit proving its use daily.
We're still early in our journey so nothing major to report here.
Dash is helping us centralise all our digital assets so we know what we have before commissioning new projects. Additionally, it makes the sharing of assets both internally and with external partners.
I enjoy using Dash due to it being a geat place to share media and images. Uploads are quick an easy to do and its so useful when trying to find what i need.
I would say its harde to delete folders than it needs to be
I work for a large organisation so uploading images and mdia and dash allows myself and collegues direct access to cotent, available all i one place.
I love the fact that by using Dash, we can keep our organization's visual assets organized and easy to find. We use platform on a daily basis as we have multiple product launches and campaigns happening frequently.
Have not faced anything that I dislike about the dash
Dash helped us to solve the mess that we had previously by using Gdrive for asset management
Using Dash has changed the way we collaborate in our team. It's so easy to upload and update assets and it means that all the team have access to the most up to date content for Sales and Marketing support.
We use the platform daily and the tag management system makes it so easy to find historic or useful assets.
I don't know how we'd stay on top of content without Dash.
You get as much out as you put in. You need to have a good naming and tagging system to get the most out of the platform.
Helps keep our team on the same page, using the most up to date and relevant assets and product photography.
The platform is also a much better solution for image storage than other equivalents like dropbox or google drive, as the tagging and searching feature is seamless.
Being able to resize photos before downloading as well as uploading photos directly to Shopify will save us a ton of time. Super easy to set-up and use. The Shopify integration is great, but I probably won't use it for product photos to save on my monthly downloads.
Haven't found any major issues with the software. I don't love the cost structure regarding number of downloads. Storage, I totally understand, but paying more for using the main feature of the software is a little off-putting in my opinion.
Our main problem was the searchability of our content. We have 1000s of photos and would spend hours searching for the right one when we were designing a campaing or updating home page images. Once we are set-up, this should take seconds.
In the labyrinthine world of digital asset management, DASH stands out as an extraordinarily intuitive and robust platform. Its sleek user interface makes navigation a breeze, even for the uninitiated, while its comprehensive suite of features—from version control and metadata tagging to advanced search functions—caters to the diverse needs of any modern organisation.
But what truly sets DASH apart is its unwavering commitment to security; employing military-grade encryption and multi-factor authentication to ensure your assets are safeguarded to the highest degree. For anyone seeking to optimise their digital workflow without compromising on security, DASH is an unequivocal five-star solution.
Despite its myriad of impressive features, one downside to using DASH is its restrictive download limits, especially on the more affordable plans. Users may find that they quickly reach their download capacity, necessitating an upgrade to a more expensive subscription to continue uninterrupted service. This pricing model could be a point of contention for smaller organisations or freelancers who require high-volume downloads but are operating on a limited budget.

We're still new to DASH - only a few weeks in and haven't discovered any downside yet!
Safe and secure storage of brand, project and client assets
Cross-team collaboration
Asset thumbnails and search functionality
Quick access through tagging and intuitive filing
Dash has a great user experience, is responsive, and has great support resources for things I don't understand or need help with. The pricing model is also very clear and much more flexible and competitive than other options available.
There isn't really anything I dislike about this product. It really has everything I need in a digital asset management platform. There are a range of features that will be implemented in future, so that will make it even better.
We have a large range of photography and film assets and trying to manage and organise them in traditional filing apps (native desktop or Microsoft365/onedrive/cloud storage) is difficult. Dash provides a very customisable system of categories, tags and other filters that you can add to make access to your content easy. It's a visual tool so you're not spending time just reading through file names and trying to preview the image in another program. We share our content with customers, so being able to share a branded portal with clients is fantastic, and allows us to keep track of what assets are used, and what information is shared with those assets so they are used properly. Really a fantastic solution.
I should also mention that the customer service is fantastic. The team is responsive, engaged, good problem solvers, and really want to help you with the product. Haven't had better service than this team!

Dash is not only easy to use as an end user, but also easy to set up. Changes are implemented quickly and intuitively, so you can spend most of your time taking care of taxonomy and migration.
I'd love to have a better working auto-tagging feature. The suggested tags are often still pretty broad or inaccurate.
With Dash, we have found a tool that allows us to leave obscure cloud storage folders behind us. We use it to keep all our assets together and make them findable with keywords and other searchable properties.
