What I like best about Dash Hudson is how user-friendly the platform is from planning, reporting, listening, and strategy. It cuts out the steps of manual reporting and sharing the analytics to the broader team in a way that is digestible and effective. Being able to track campaigns through Campaigns and Boards helps so much. One of my favorite innovations has been TikTok trending sounds! As a social team of 1 for about 6 months, it has saved me so much time and has helped the brand stay relevant. I've also had to message CS through the live chat function a few times and they have been nothing but helpful. As well, Addison has been a joy to work with and provides the best support!
I understand it is outside of current capabilities but being able to auto-publish with customized cover images for IG and TikTok would be a dream.

I like the design. Out of all social and influencer platforms it's the prettiest, most inviting one. It's also super user-friendly. You can't ever really mess up.
I don't like that you can't easily make a carousel under UGC section from multiple posts/users. Also in your libraries, content sometimes takes forever to load that's at the bottom and you have to refresh, and uploading content can sometimes take a while or fail.
Reporting. It's great that DH can do a lot of the heavy lifting with numbers and calculating.
Dash Hudson is the highest quality social management platform for any brand. In addition to an extremely user-friendly interface and experience, the reps at Dash Hudson make you a top priority regardless of the situation. Feedback is constantly taken and implemented, and the reps make sure to inform users of any upgrades/ new features on the platform. One of the highlights is the constant updates to reflect the everchanging social landscape- features are being constantly added or adjusted to accomodate new platforms and metrics. It is very simple to learn how to use and implement- my team uses Dash Hudson every day and it has become an integral part of our daily social management routine, as well as essential to pulling analytics and insights for all platforms.
Sometimes, I do have to manuveur through the platform to find exactly what I'm looking for due to the extensive features- in this case, I find it benefical to use the Chatbot or reach out to my rep for assitance with what I am looking for.
Dash Hudson is addressing social media content creation by allowing my Brand to see what competitors and other brands are posting, what top performing content looks like, and by showcasing which content will work for our channels with the use of AI.

DH consistently updates its product offerings to ensure they are leaders in social analytics and their clients are at the forefront of social platform updates. Our internal care team has also greatly benefitted from Dash Hudson as the platform makes the organization of messages and tickets much more manageable. The platform also makes reporting for specific campaign metrics much easier with the campaigns and dashboards tools.
I've been in social media and influencer marketing for more than 8 years. I've used many platforms and the thing I like most about Dash is that it is a software that can do it all. Before using Dash I managed multiple paltforms to schedule different social channels. Dash can schdeule all the top social platfroms. It's very convenient. Likeshop was an important tool that our team was intrested in. Likeshop is very easy to use and overall a great asset to have. The library and search bar is always accurate. Love that the dash team always responds within hours. Our account rep Alison has always been on top of our account, and keeps us in the loop for all the upcoming updates. The community tab is convenient as well. Our team likes that multiple people can have access to the account so that we can communicate our social plans. I use Dash hudson everyday. It always have a tab open on my work computer for it.
I am always excited to hear about upcoming updates. I would like a creator library for TIkTok or more updates for YouTuvbe shorts.

There are still some limitations when it comes to some channels or types of posts that haven't fully integrated yet. And would like to still be able to benefit from all the features that were once included in the original package.

Dash Hudson has such a user-friendly interface and is so clean. It's so easy to use, especially compared to other social media management tools I've used in past companies. The boards and campaigns features make it extremely easy to capture metrics and easily report out with an overview and platform-specific view. It's so easy to quickly compare content performance across channels and date ranges.
My team loves how easy the scheduler is to use! One of our favorite features is being able to change feature images on linked Facebook posts. Another key feature is
Dash Hudson's Pinterest metrics tracking could use some improvement. There is no way to see total statistics for multiple Pins unless you click into them individually. Idea Pin metrics are also not avaialble on the platform.

When we moved away from Sprout and were evaluating a number of tools, Dash Hudson stood out immediately for its sleek user interface and streamlined functionalities. Our team loves the AI technology for predicting trends and content performance, the clean dashboard, and the data that comes with the link in bio feature.
Reporting was a priority for us, and Dash Hudson's capabilities are robust but still easy to navigate. We were able to maintain all reporting that we had with Sprout, but with additions our clients appreciate, like the Entertainment Score and Visual IQ.
On the administrative side, we appreciate that we get unlimited users for one price and can add our clients to their own dashboards without the expense going up. This has allowed us to streamline our approval process and make clients feel like they have more control of content being published. The support from our customer success manager, Sarah, has been quick and made our jobs significantly easier.
As a relatively newer social software, there are some features that are missing in order for this to be our only scheduling software. For example, having no LinkedIn capabilities means that we do have to rely on another platform. We'd also like to see more customizable link-scheduling capabilities for Facebook and previews of content visuals when looking at all calendars across all channels.

Not only is Dash Hudson incredibly user friendly, the customer service is fantastic! The team is very receptive to new ideas or new things to add to the platorm. Everything that is available on the platform is very helpful and easy to use! There is every type of analytics to use in reporting and it's super digestible for those who aren't big numbers or stat people.
There is nothing I dislike about Dash Hudson truthfully. The only lingering requests we have are in limbo becuase it depends on the actual social platform, not Dash Hudson.
We are really able to understand our analytics and manage our social channels much easier than before. We are more productive and can easily pull stats and pieces to share with the larger company. We also love campaigns and boards - being able to look at everything all together for a campaign is HUGE.

I do with that there was a Month Over Month calculation as well as a yearly average calculation vs just comparing a time period to another.
