The best thing about darwin is that i can check my attendance and regularize it on the go. I also really like that there's a mobile application which makes it even easier to use and keep track of your day to day login activities. It also reminds me to login and log out for the day and i personally find it very useful.
There's not much to dislike. It has everything i would want from a time keeping crm to have. It is easy to use and does not require a technical training to understand the application.
It is helping me keep a track of my attendance and payroll. One of the features i like is, it keeps me informed about my peers in the organization and helps me connect with them if need be. I also like the reminder feature for attendance.
It has amazing feature of users enrollment where you can put all the data in on go using its bulk import feature.Even we it creates org chat automatically,We just need to add the names of manager on profile.
Sometimes it takes lot of time to load in pages .Also its little completef gfor someone who has just started .And to search on function we need to jungle around.otherwise it is nice.

Teh interface is not that user friendly. There are multiple places where the Backend team can to make the experience more seamless and friendly. One of the recommendation will be if possible they should work the recruitment model.

Well I tried to search holidays in the search tab and I clicked on view holiday calendar and it took me to my leave balances. So that mapping couldn't have been named correctly and connected.

I used to dislike when there was no SSO login, now that they have added SSO, there are no dislikes. Maybe UI changes every now and then keep users attracted to the product.
