Reports, not many graphics, complicated to submit tickets to get a hold of someone, and the training search bar is not very intuitive so I need to search several times with several different entries to find what I'm looking for.

It is not easy for me to find what happened to a duns ID I used to use the tool only throws back error messages and does not provide any other reference on what happened with the company. D&B has tons of information but probably the use cases have been the same for a long time. Also, the company is so "standard" that sometimes they're flexible to accommodate new things while other software in the market now does.
