As per the realtime problem seen, company needd to update their functionality with UI as per demand and make the tool more conviniancce to use and easy process for the freuently use.

Whether it is a large or small company, I am able to determine the corporate linkage which tends to make my day to day grind a little easier. I find that I use D&B Hoovers daily. I also like that I am able to trust that the content is accurate when it comes to determining the industry segmentation of a company.
Occasionally I find that some companies are not fully 100% accurate with their industry, I find that the smaller companies tend to use "Engineering Services" for the NAICS and SIC codes regularly. Almost as a default.

The breadth of information on businesses and the ability to look for important contacts at each business. The search options my people, business name, and category are very helpful. The speed of information retrieval is excellent, and my experience using customer service for support has been extremely positive.
The only area I wish it was better, and it is difficult for any information source, is information on personnel changes - additions in particular from the past 1-2 years. I find that the best information available exists on employees or businesses that have been around the longest.
