CyberHoot delivers new content every month to our Operations, helping get the most up-to-date training to our employees on the current threats. Used other tools for training and this is by far the best tools we used.

The access to the content is great, and to identify the non-compliants is easy. However the improvement could be in the way to resent the email reminding the non-compliants to take the training, instead of having to go into each individual and resend the notification.

The team from Cyberhoot would take your cybersecurity to the next level, where they will also review your cybersecurity policies and help update to current compliance.

I did not like that some of the quiz questions had multiple answers, but I was glad I was given multiple opportunities to get the answers correct. Sometimes it took a couple of tries to get it right.

There's a lot of information in the videos and I may forget the minute details once I start to take the quiz, suggestion is to have questions and multiple choice answers in between each topics.

CyberHoot is the full package. Not only do they provide short-informative training videos, they keep track of compliance and allow for custom videos and programs.

The UX is confusing at times. Hierarchical activities don't flow from left to right or top to bottom within the interface. The only MFA option is SMS, which is less secure and less flexible than TOTP.

As an MSP focused on security, we needed a way to ensure we and our clients were receiving continuous security awareness training and phish testing. CyberHoot fits the bill, and our clients enjoy using it.
