This platform made applying for my grants easier. Very simplistic and straight to the point.

The time to get the solutions from the team was rather long than expected and It would have been great if it was drastically reduced only to meet the requirements

The new age technology problems that have been creating much danger in the tech society are handled by cybergrants and being safe in a community is very much underappreciated these days

There are plenty of grants management software out there. This one is basic but does get the job done. I feel that some of the more technology savvy ones are almost to complicated.

Helps to manage grants so paper copies are not needed.

The team enjoyed the resources that cybergrants offered around all grants. The research tool was very helpful with finding the requirements for new grants.

There wasn't much to not like; getting managers to buy in to the new software was our biggest challenge as a company.

I like having employee giving, drives, a scholarship fund, and volunteerism (employee engagement), and corporate grants all in one location using a single platform.

Well. I'd like to see some of our behind-the-scenes (admin side) cleaned up, for example, old report templates, but I don't know where to start.

I love the payments to all of the nonprofits, and the portal provided to them for tracking their donations. As a result, I spend less time on calls with NPOs looking for information. I just give them an access code and they are ready to log in and perform their own searches, etc.

CyberGrants is easy to use and navigate and helps keep everything all in one place. This system helps us keep track of donations and requests and reports which is very useful.

We've had some issues tracking gifts and getting our information updated to receive gifts. We also don't see donor contact info which we eventually need for acknowledgments.

CyberGrants helps to manage some of our gifts, applications, etc. so that we don't need paper copies and so that everything is accessible in one secure location.

CyberGrants is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The platform allows for easy grant management.

I'm not sure there are any downsides. It would be nice to have ALL of our grants in one place, but understand different organizations use different platforms.
