Reports with large datasets are bit slow, other than that no cons.

You'll spend a pretty penny for the software; however the time and frustration it saves your event, sales and marketing teams is well worth the investment!

Cvent is a great all-in-one event management system that just keeps getting better. Although it's pricey, it's a great way for your organization to manage your events and output reportable data post-event.

Better visibility to sales and marketing teams using Salesforce integrations and reporting allows for timely follow-up with prospects, more appointments and ultimately more dollars in the door.

I like that Cvent is all-inclusive from sourcing and budgeting, all the way to reporting final metrics. The registration and event website software itself is very robust and can accommodate nearly any scenario you require, including guest and group registrations, discounts, separate registration experiences for different types of attendees, etc., with a clean, branded user interface that is comprehensive for your registrants.

The email marketing is sometimes an issue; since it runs through Cvent servers it sometimes gets stopped by spam filters as spoofed. This isn't a regular issue, however. For new users, learning the software can take time because of how robust it is. And though Cvent can manage the entire lifecycle of an event, it's not all-inclusive: to build a full solution from sourcing to onsite may necessitate purchasing additional modules, depending on your event's needs.

Cvent allows us to compile excellent data for our customers about their events and attendees and provide it in a comprehensive way to show metrics and ROI. Cvent's continuous updates to their platform draw from user input, and allow us to build website and registration platforms that continue to evolve into easier user experiences for our clients.

I enjoy the organizational aspect of keeping all of our events in one place, along with having the features easy to use for both staff and attendees through the app.

There have been times where I cannot upload attendee lists into cvent. When I brought up this issue, it was looked into and solved.

The Cvent Event Management platform is a modern interface that is intuitive and easy to use. It has many features to create robust events, leverage templates, and create a strong user experience.

Cvent has done a great job at improving all aspects of the platform. I do not have any dislikes.

We host many events throughout the year. Roughly 20+ and Cvent is critical to our success to perform full lifecycle event management. It benefits us so we can integrate with Zoom, process payments, communicate with attendees, etc.

Right from to building event registration website, inviting process and post event engagement. Cvent is constantly evolving to met the event technology needs. The post event engagements or attendee hub engagement score reports are very useful that enables data driven marketing strategy. We can get precise performance, engagement data to improve future events. Cvent customer support team is there to help you on the product!

I have been using this platform (Minimum Viable Product) so nothing comes to mind to say "dislike" instead what I can see is Cvent product team is constantly evolving the features and updates are provided in prodcut release notes/channels.
