Cvent is a great all-in-one event management system that just keeps getting better. Although it's pricey, it's a great way for your organization to manage your events and output reportable data post-event.

I like that Cvent is all-inclusive from sourcing and budgeting, all the way to reporting final metrics. The registration and event website software itself is very robust and can accommodate nearly any scenario you require, including guest and group registrations, discounts, separate registration experiences for different types of attendees, etc., with a clean, branded user interface that is comprehensive for your registrants.
The email marketing is sometimes an issue; since it runs through Cvent servers it sometimes gets stopped by spam filters as spoofed. This isn't a regular issue, however. For new users, learning the software can take time because of how robust it is. And though Cvent can manage the entire lifecycle of an event, it's not all-inclusive: to build a full solution from sourcing to onsite may necessitate purchasing additional modules, depending on your event's needs.

There have been times where I cannot upload attendee lists into cvent. When I brought up this issue, it was looked into and solved.

I have been using this platform (Minimum Viable Product) so nothing comes to mind to say "dislike" instead what I can see is Cvent product team is constantly evolving the features and updates are provided in prodcut release notes/channels.
One stop solution for event management - from planning the budget, venue, etc till event closure it has seamless benefits, I love Onarrival support - onsite attendee management has been simplified.
