The fact that I can easily track user's frustrations that are already pre-analyzed in relation to my business goal, so I don't need to waste time watching ALL recordings and heatmaps.

CUX is a user behaviour analysis tool that can be used by anyone who has an interest in understanding their users. It's great for companies, professionals and individuals alike. One of the key features of this tool is that it is able to highlight where the user pain points are within your site and give you tips on how to improve them, which makes it a great investment for. I am very pleased with the results and support that they have provided. If you are looking for a tool to help you analyse your users, then I would highly recommend CUX!
- When trying to load some data the app sometimes freezes but support did a great job to resolve all the problems.
- Although the interface is user friendly it's hard to explore all of the features without buying extra onboarding - providing users with some tutorials would be highly recommended

I have a furniture webshop where clients need a lot of time and visits to make an order. Cux.io give me a view on full process (history of client from first visit until they buy), not only single session.
Maybe trial should be more generous (more pageviews), because when I`ve started I didn`t know what`s going on and I reached free limit of pageviews very fast.
I didn`t understand what Conversion Waterfalls are...
Thanks to the user action recordings, I was finally able to learn about the entire purchasing process in my shop.

I love the fact that I can track user experiences and behavior and gather insights into their pain points. It's amazing that our team can draw meaningful conclusions in just a few minutes after implementing the tool and setting up proper goals and waterfalls.
Also, the team's pivot into making qualitative analytics more approachable, inclusive, intuitive, and most importantly, less time-consuming is especially laudable. New features - like alerts - are looking very promising!

So far, there is nothing that I could dislike.
- we are making more user-friendly campaigns and landing pages
- we can easily spot bottlenecks in our conversion funnels
- our team is less occupied with constant analysis (of not necessarily important data) as the tool is pre-analyzing user behavior and sending alerts (I'm not sure if it's not a testing feature that I've access to)
The overall interface, which is very clear, easy to navigate and provides quick reaching the most essential parts and features offered by the tool. Much information is provided by heatmpas and users' behavior recordings, that easily brings first meaningful insights and conclusions. Filtering options included, helps to put the most focus on particular users' behavior, to gather the data and allign further steps to solve found weakpoints. Also support provided by the tool owners is something worth mentioning.
I can't find any serious issues I could complain about, as the most of problems met while working with it, were caused by our internal system. Sometimes the data loading took more time than expected, but that's not a serious problem.
It helped a lot in finding weakpoints at particular sites, collecting the data and presenting it to show the the seriousness of the problem. It also shown a mistakes and inconsistencies unnoticed for a long time and contributed to quick fixing.
The interface is very intuitive and clear.
All information I need are gathered in one place.
Sometimes CUX freezes and it takes a long time to filter the data, or the data does not load at all.

Personally I think that the best think about Cux.io is simplicity and awareness of user's needs
If I have to point one thing that is not the best, in my opinion, this would surely be the graphic and the whole layout that could be more customized.

In my opinion, it's a very useful tool to see the users' behaviour in a quick and effective way. I really like the possibility of filtering the recordings by the type of behavior.
Creating grouped heatmaps and waterfalls are also very helpful.
Sometimes the data loading was quite long, but generally it works very well.
