My team and I love how extensive the features of Customily are and how easy it is to use once you get a grip on it. The learning curve is there, but it is not very steep. There is also an option for custom CSS and file renaming which is extremely useful. Using Customily allows us to automaticaly generate production files and print them in-house with little to no manual work. I also love that they allow manual file generation and other platforms where we will launch soon.

Their pricing model is ok if you have one store but if you have multiple stores, each localised in its own language, the price for all licenses is very steep. That is why we use Customily only on multi-store setups which are a pain to setup.

A few glitches when setting up new designs but can be worked out

Intuitive / catchy product options has really created for more customer engagement. It helps save time with design and getting products out there, faster.

There are a lot of options, which can be good, but sometimes can be overwhelming when you are trying to select.

Everything is all in one place in the portal!

What I find this apps to be the most valuable thing is that it is really user friendly, even if you have never worked with a similar app, this one allows you to use all its functions without having the knowledge.

So far I just believe it should have a little more tools, since the ones that are integrated are a little bit too basic. So far it has worked great, but a fer other tools would be great as well.

Its helping me create and design different images for the products im selling, it also shortens the time I need to spend on creating designs. so that is the most valuable thing.

Easy to use, beautiful interface, and has more features than its competitors

There are some features that other competitors have that customily doesn't have, but overall customily is most feature packed.

I honestly think the biggest reason to use Customily is the support. It's a cakewalk setting your listings, making your templates, etc. Suzan has been extremely helpful and supportive, and for this reason alone I believe that everyone should give Customily a shot, for any type of customization product.

Customization is easy to do with beautiful designs. I like that it integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, and has a powerful design studio. There are many similar software on the market, but Customily is very intuitive.

I would like the website to be multi-language and support dark mode. However, Customily works very well with all the features it has. Multi-language support would be ideal for the Spanish-speaking market.

With Customily I save a lot of time and get a very high quality result. The integration with WooCommerce and Etsy makes it unique and productive to scale my sales.

The way that your clients can see on your web how will be the product final that they buy.

I dont find enything that i dislke about what they offer.

the operation is really simple if you have a lot of products in your page. It Make's it easy for you're customers to view and buy your custom products thanks to the customily system.

It is very useful because my clients can see how the products they want to personalized will look like.

This is one of my new favorite apps :D I switched from a cheaper option that wasn't doing half of what it promised. I couldn't be happier with my decision. I'd say that it has a learning curve that you have to go thought, but the support reps are really helpful and friendly (and patient lol). After a couple of days, I completely get it and I'm mind blown by all the features I have access to.

I spent some time getting familiar with the app. It has a learning curve, specially if you have never used a design software.
