Good information with a clunky interface
What do you like best about CustomerWise?
Tech Excel Customerwise did a good job of keeping track of incidents for our software help desk. If properly managed incidents will not fall through the cracks. The ability to set up customized routing is also a plus.
What do you dislike about CustomerWise?
The interface was a bit clunky and hard to navigate. Also, the reporting system was not nearly as flexible as it needed to be. You could create customized reports but I always had difficulty getting exactly what I needed on the reports.
Recommendations to others considering CustomerWise?
Consider the features carefully before selecting, this may be right for you, but there are other systems out there for incident tracking that may prove to be a better fit.
What problems is CustomerWise solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service help desk for software development company. We also used it to manage items for program development and future releases.
