What do you like best about Customers.ai?

Mobilemonkey is an essential text marketing tool that is straightforward to set up. We can use it for bulk SMS and also for text scheduler. This means we can easily create a series of automated messages that go out on a set schedule.

This is perfect for time-sensitive promotions or announcements, or even just to keep in touch with your customers or subscribers on a regular basis. Plus, Mobilemonkey makes it easy to track results so we can see what campaigns are working best and adjust your strategies accordingly.

Incredible chatbot features like Messenger chatblast(Impressive inbound marketing tool which allows to send messages to your Facebook fans)

"Perfect for growing email lists"
What do you like best about Customers.ai?

It feels like the big tech companies keep changing the rules on us! Email is starting to feel like it’s impossible and paid ads are getting harder. It’s frustrating. I used to reach out to customers and grow my email lists through Facebook and Google ads...but…I think we know where this is going.

Cue Customers.ai – it's legit a game-changer! This platform is giving me a way to sort of sidestep the restrictions imposed by the tech companies.

What I like best about Customers.ai is I can segment my audiences, create personalized experiences, and I am now growing both my email lists and the lists for my Facebook and Google remarketing campaigns.

The platform is pretty user-friendly and they are consistently making updates. So far, my experience with Customers.ai has been great.

What do you dislike about Customers.ai?

A bit more budget-friendliness for smaller businesses like mine would be nice - but I did see the price was changing so that should help!

What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customers.ai isn't just smoothing out the wrinkles in our strategy; it's genuinely helping us grow our audience, amping up our Facebook results, and helping us navigate the ever-changing rules from Google, Yahoo, Apple, etc. When someone visits our site, we capture their email – no typing required - and boom, they are integrated into our audiences.

Customers.ai is great at figuring out who's checking out our website. It's like having a secret decoder for anonymous visitors – we can see what they're interested in and reach out to them with tailored messages. The email templates are a lifesaver; they make it easy to send personalized campaigns without a lot of fuss. Plus, it plays nice with the other tools we use.

There have been a few hiccups in the analytics reporting, but nothing major. The customer support team is quick to sort things out, so it hasn't been a big deal

What do you like best about Customers.ai?

My absolute favorite thing about MobileMonkey is the ability to track sales conversions through text messaging marketing. I'm a data nerd, so I love being able to see what messages are driving people to make a purchase.

MobileMonkey makes it easy to create great-looking messages, and the platform is really user-friendly. Plus, the customer support team is amazing! They're always quick to respond to questions and happy to help with whatever I need.

What do you dislike about Customers.ai?

None so far.

This is best tool for chat automation.

What do you like best about Customers.ai?

Running an online apparel shop, but our customer service is only available until 8 PM, so queries and comments past 8 PM are left unanswered. That was before we used MobileMonkey! We don’t have to worry about unanswered inquiries and possible orders just because of our operating times. The auto DM and response feature is heaven-sent!

What do you dislike about Customers.ai?

Our sales grew immediately after using MobileMonkey, so no dislikes from us!

I love that MobileMonkey allows me to easily create SMS marketing campaigns as well as set

up automated responses for my Instagram account.

It's a great all-in-one tool that makes marketing and managing my social media accounts a

breeze!

No anything not missing in my opinion ,everything is working properly & smoothly.his product is better like chat box. If implement Instagram chat bot & run.

I love the customer service. It is fast, and if they don't get you, they will contact you to help.

I LOVE how easy and intuitive the platform is.

The questions for the person who introduced me to the system were more focused on very few things about operations.

What do you dislike about Customers.ai?

I'm not too fond of that in paid campaigns can`t take customers to a very, very specific part of the conversation.

No WhatsApp integration (yet)
