It's fascinating to me that something as simple as a text message can be so powerful at converting people into customers.

Running an online apparel shop, but our customer service is only available until 8 PM, so queries and comments past 8 PM are left unanswered. That was before we used MobileMonkey! We don’t have to worry about unanswered inquiries and possible orders just because of our operating times. The auto DM and response feature is heaven-sent!
