"Best Tool for all your First party marketing needs"
What do you like best about CustomerLabs CDP?

Best thing about Clabs is the first party data! Once a user visits your website, all you need is Clabs tool to segment audience and use it as per your needs.

Whether you want to show ads thorugh Google, meta or any other possible channel where you customer has a presence, Clabs helps!

What do you dislike about CustomerLabs CDP?

I do not see anything. They proactively take feedbacks if any and continuously improve their prouct in order to serve their customers better.

What problems is CustomerLabs CDP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Retargeting our first party users and helping us with an incremental sales, improving our ROAS.

Seamless ultrafast setup & Results after implementing were just great. Most competitive pricing too.

Nothing so far. The support & the product have been amazing so far.

Post ios 14 update the ROAS of the campaigns took a huge hit. Customer labs has helped us skyrocket ROAS & also helped us in scaling our campaigns.

What do you like best about CustomerLabs CDP?

It allows me to integrate and seamlessly sync my customer data in real-time with my existing marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Mixpanel, Salesforce, and others tools. It also allows me to easily track, identify, segment, and analyze customer data. The platform allows me to manage personalized campaigns across channels without relying on my developers.

What do you dislike about CustomerLabs CDP?

I haven't found anything that I dislike about CustomerLabs CDP yet. I am satisfied with using it.

What problems is CustomerLabs CDP solving and how is that benefiting you?

CustomerLabs CDP solved my problem of having a scattered and disjointed view of my customer data. By unifying my customer data from multiple sources, I can get a 360-degree view of my customers and create tailored segments to trigger timely messages across channels. This benefits me by allowing me to make data-driven decisions and increase product sign-ups, adoption, and engagement. It also saves me time and resources by not having to depend on my developers to implement tracking and analysis.

What do you like best about CustomerLabs CDP?

Customer Labs is redefining first-party data capture, storage, and audience deployment with ease. When you normally think of CDP you think of expensive and developer-heavy, but not anymore. Not only does Customer Labs integrate with some of the most common and popular CRMs and Ad platforms to bring unity to your marketing efforts. It also has first-rate support and a team that is responsive and helpful when things go wrong. I can't recommend it enough for every marketing team out there whether you're doing e-comm or b2b lead gen, this needs to be your data hub.

What do you dislike about CustomerLabs CDP?

My only critique is that this platform has the ability to track multi-touch attribution but does not yet have a dashboard that enables you to present that to your clients. That being said I do believe they have it on their roadmap.

What problems is CustomerLabs CDP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking & Attribution just became possible despite iOS or Android while strongly positioning itself as a future-proof solution for a cookieless world.

"The evolution of the CRM made affordable for everyone"
What do you like best?

Customerlabs gave us the ability to easily recreate our segmented CRM lists as audience in all our ad platforms and we were thus able to generate much more targeted ads and messaging to our audience. Also being able to tell Facebook Ads which of our high value clients and prospects should be prioritized. Then pushing that data into all the other platforms to expand targeted reach.

What do you dislike?

Not much. Some video tutorials would be great.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Go through the onboarding process when you sign up for a free account. It will really be worth your while. They will take you through specific use cases you didn't know were possible.

I enjoy everything about it. I just love to watch the product keep growing and improving.

What do you like best about CustomerLabs CDP?

I like the personalized service offered and also the easy setup process, especially for a non-developer to get going quickly with a CDP solution.

What do you dislike about CustomerLabs CDP?

Even though it is no-code, there is still a learning curve with the product.

What problems is CustomerLabs CDP solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping us track events on our website more accurately than we are able to with Facebook's pixel tracking. This helps with audience building, passing more data back to facebook, and ultimately driving more effective results with ads.

What do you like best about CustomerLabs CDP?

CustomerLabs is the best value first-party data platform we have used. It has flexible plans for all sizes and it makes a positive impact on audience match rate which in turn increases ROAS on advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google ads. You can clearly see the lift in results after only 14 days. The customer service is also excellent and they will have frequent meetings to review your progress which is very helpful. Highly recommend!

It's a bit hard to set up at first, but their customer service can help you with it.

What problems is CustomerLabs CDP solving and how is that benefiting you?
