I think it is an innovative way to get new customers and retain your current customers. It certainly is more fun than just an outlook reminder or a task submitted.
I don't so much dislike it, but the customization is practically endless. Sometimes I don't want to spend a ton of time setting up every little detail. In the grand scheme of things, this is a very minor thing.
It is a great way to keep track of contacts for prospective customers and current customers. the badges and reminders help keep me on task and make sure I am contacting the right people
Customer Glu has been very a client / customer driven organisation. CG team tries to understand the needs and usecases of the clients and come up with ideas and campaign inputs on how the engagement initiatives can be planned. This is over and above what their platform offers.
Coming to their platform, it is quick to test, deploy and get running. Leveraging chatgpt, they are launching campaigns in minutes, which is probably one of the best in the industry at the moment. I highly recommended them in my circle for marketers and pms looking to quick drive engagement.

Customerglu is a rather "new" tool in the market there are some features are still under development and there are room of improvement as well. On the last 1.5 years working with CustomerGlu, from time to time there are new features or updates being released based on our feedback.

The product is very innovative and simple to use at the same time. One thing that stands apart is their stellar service. Very emapathetic and prompt in responding and resolving issues if any.

The product team at customer Glu is constantly innovating and coming up with new tools of engagement. Lastly, the support team at customer Glu is always reachable at resolves issues pretty quickly. They hear your feedbacks, learn from it and come back with solutions. I like the user experience of the CG tools.
I would like to see some more real games that can be customised for branding activities.
CustomerGlu helped Quess Corp drive engagement on it's benefits platform called Dash which has a user base of more than 5 lakhs. We were able to increase engagement by 77% within a few months. We were also able to sustain the engagement levels due to CG. Product is super easy to use and integrate. It has great user experience.
It's a good tool to keep users engaged and reactivate. The newly introduced features are helpful to control and divert user flow as per business requirements. Data enrichment options also help businesses collect data without being pushy.
Nothing to dislike. However, there are a few points that the team can work on:
1. Overall MIS reporting: Currently, reports are available on a campaign level, making it difficult to access the overall tool performance.
2. New games: As a user, it's never enough
