What do you like best about Customer.guru?

I love that it is easy to create the email with our logo. I also like the fact that the user can click the nps rating score right in the email without having to go to another site. This makes it easy for them to respond. I also like the automated thank you email that can be sent after. The user interface is extremely easy to use. It took me only a day to get the survey setup. I was then able to test internally and had to make minimal changes.

What do you dislike about Customer.guru?

It does not have an interface with Autotask. We had to manually upload the contacts from Tigerpaw as well. This was to be expected though since both softwares are dated. We had our technology team routinely import the email addresses of new and existing customers.

Recommendations to others considering Customer.guru:

This is a very easy platform to use if you are looking for customer to be able to simply reply to your survey. We found success because customers could quickly respond vs having to load a website and then click through answers.

What problems is Customer.guru solving and how is that benefiting you?

It increased our email survey response rates from the customers. The benefit is how easy it is for them to respond. When we used SurveyMonkey, we would struggle to get responses. Customers did not like to have to load a website and then answer a multitude of questions. We really liked the NPS score as it simplified our understanding of how we were doing.

What do you like best about Customer.guru?

Save alot of time since it is easy to implement NPS. You can easily dig in your customers. And managed task can process on their own when it is its time.

What do you dislike about Customer.guru?

Easy to use, good pricing plans comparing to others. And its fastness.

Try it, is the best tool out there. It's super simple to set-up. I hope you will love it.

What do you like best about Customer.guru?

I appreciate how Customer.guru allows us to aggregate feedback from clients in one place. And especially good in giving business owners a snapshot view of customer satisfaction in a recent time period.

What do you dislike about Customer.guru?

It is not very easy to use and the reporting and analytics side of Customer.guru isn't very flexible and doesn't allow me to play with the data very easily.

I dislike how Customer Guru makes you double click on certain buttons. I would prefer the system be easier and quicker to use.

What do you like best about Customer.guru?

A very simple application to use, not confusing at all. It takes the best action to what the business wants it do to, very quickly. An amazing way for the company's marketing team to reach out to our customers and collect their feedback.

What do you dislike about Customer.guru?

The cost is what i would disagree with as a consultant, it is a bit expensive than it should be.

With getting a clear response and feedback from our customers: regular and not so regular.

This platform seems to perform a lot better than others we have used in the past and have gotten low results.

Not as simple as google and obviously it is a lot more intricate

You can ask question to your customer and improve your experience, also get reviews.

The best of customer guru is

Is really easy to use, just upload your data, config the email and send.

What do you dislike about Customer.guru?

Very simple tool, would be nice some more features but i think is ok. The UX can confuse some times

What do you like best about Customer.guru?

Super Simple, not confusing at all but results are reliable and actionable. Easy to understand different customer segments, break down satisfaction by seasonality, by products ordered, and geographic location.

What do you dislike about Customer.guru?

I'd like to see some direct integrations with more of the popular CRM"s where the NPS score from Customer Guru creates a field attached to the contact in the CRM so it is easy to identify scores/sort, etc
