Mobile responsiveness and Mobile Application can be useful. Currently it's missing.

What do you like best about Custify?

Customizable data fields and everything in one place! Very easy to align to the specific needs of our organization. Also easy to navigate and locate information.

What do you dislike about Custify?

Unable (at this time) to create filters in custom data view or download data for additional filtering/sorting in Excel/Sheets. Additionally, custom data view has difficulty scrolling to view all information.

What problems is Custify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Holistic view of custom accounts allowing for executive management and CSMs to take strategic view of all accounts with the ability to deep dive into each account for analysis. Very easy to navigate and update columns in each view.

The most important feature that I love about Custify is the real-time notifications to stay updated on the accounts. To handle multiple clients, impactful data insights with CTAs are a boon for customer success POD.

Nothing as of now. Custify helps me a lot in managing my accounts.

It helps me get important details, current status, and pending tasks on my accounts. In order to streamline the process, and be updated with CTAs it is important to be a single click away from your accounts and that is where Custify helps. The various segments like Customers, tasks, and email notifications to see the last email done within your organization help me to stay updated.
