Very user friendly and with a few tweaks would be perfect

What do you like best about Current Cloud Rental Management Software?

The interface is very user friendly and it's an easy to learn system. The fact that it's cloud based means that we can access it from anywhere, a real improvement on our former server based system.

What do you dislike about Current Cloud Rental Management Software?

I'd say one of the drawbacks it's how it handles logistics - trucks have to be booked out to a job, which means we can't just use it for our full logisitics system, as we have lots of trips that aren't related to specific jobs. This means we have to use additional systems and where possible we want to minimise these.

Recommendations to others considering Current Cloud Rental Management Software?

The template editing could be more intuitive and easy to use, and the views also take a bit more work than they should - if you select parameters that clash it doesn't flag that so you have to reopen and edit then come back out to see the changes; it just adds time and inconvenience.

What problems is Current Cloud Rental Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finally, it would feel more personal if you asked for a software change from an agent, rather than voting on them as a community - it means good progress might not happen as requests are duplicated/worded slightly differently or people don't spot them to vote for them.
