I like the way it simplifies on decision making,organize operations thus saving time and effort to maximize value and returns..

At times it is slow in following claims from clients,require internet explorer but is faster in processing reports,poor internet connection hinders its quality progress.

Customer support is outstanding. It's easy to put in a ticket online and get a phone call back very quickly after that. Customer support is very responsive and will help in any way possible with issues or questions. They will stay on the phone with you for as long as it takes to work through the issue and try to meet your needs and address any other questions or concerns while you're already on the line together. They take as much time as needed to work with the end user to try to customize the product and best meet the user's needs. They're friendly and professional on the phone.
The software requires too many clicks to complete notes. There are some limits to the customizability. The most frustrating one is that documenting a normal physical exam finding is limited to the word "normal". If you want to add details of what that normal finding looks like (e.g. "Clear to auscultation bilaterally" or "oriented to person, place, and time") then I have to select those phrases instead of "normal" and it shows up in the note as a finding. It highlights the findings as abnormal, which is distracting to me and also unnecessary.

It is a pretty straight forward and user-friendly. Easily integrates with exisiting chart so you have all the information from every one of their providors.
