"Empowering our customers with fun and easy-to-use dashboarding"

What do you like best about Luzmo?

We are offering dashboard building to our clients with Luzmo, and they appreciate the ease of use and customizable capabilities of the tool.

The team is super friendly and very reactive in case we need their support, and always happy to give us advice.

What do you dislike about Luzmo?

When having complex use cases, a few advanced features might miss (formulas in widgets for example). We are following their roadmap very closely ;-)

What problems is Luzmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Luzmo we are able to offer a platform to our own customers, for them to plug their data and build their own dashboards.

Easy to use with limlited to none technical knowledge required; a wonderful user experience.

Ease of integration and great technical support.

We are really happy to be able to offer a good analytics solutions to our customers, without having to reinvent the wheel by building it ourselves. Using Cumul.io is much more cost-effective and allows us to focus on our own product.

"Lightweight champion"

What do you like best about Luzmo?

I like that it is easy to embed into our own front-end and that it doesn't require it's own infrastructure to work.

What do you dislike about Luzmo?

In the beginning, they didn't have version control and multi-language dashboards. That was a pain, but they have that now and it works well.

Recommendations to others considering Luzmo:

They have a sophisticated plugin that allows you to deliver dashboards in a SaaS model (1 to many). Even if you have distributed databases.

What problems is Luzmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our customers weren't able to visualize the data in our platform. Now with Cumul.io we deliver them dashboards to visualize their data and take better decisions.

Very intuitive interface, a lot of possibilities, very helpful staff - always available for questions

Some widgets are limited in options at the moment, but they are always expanding the possibilities

We integrated cumul.io in our own platform to make more custom dashboards for our customers. It saved us a lot of internal development effort and time.

"Great customer support, implementation help, and usability"

What do you like best about Luzmo?

Interaction with implementation, support, and product team. Toon, Carmen, and team have been incredibly responsive and brought forth new feature requests within days of request.

I highly recommend taking advantage of the JEP program. The support and implementation team is through and willing to engage with internal and external resources to ensure your project is successful.

What do you dislike about Luzmo?

Servers are hosted in the EU - sounds like they are setting up a mainframe in the US soon.

Recommendations to others considering Luzmo:

Don't be hesitant to ask for help or new features. They likely already have it scoped and have been able to deliver needed features very quickly.

What problems is Luzmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Visualizing on-prem data for our customers. Giving them the ability to interact and use data from anywhere.

"Inmediate Dashboards for your Startup"

What do you like best about Luzmo?

You're desperate to build a visual metric tool for your KPI's or deck for an investment round. Cumul.io gets the job done.

What do you dislike about Luzmo?

I would like to use more specific data from the excel sheet I'm importing.

I'm solving the time and cost for hiring an specific person to build a dashboard. I can do it be myself and save time and money.

What do you like best about Luzmo?

Slick design and ease of use make Cumul.io a dream to work with. We've been looking for a reporting partner for Magnetic for many years, have tried many, but none have been on the same level as Cumul.io.

Besides a great product, the Cumul.io team has been a pleasure to work with, quick response times on support, and always looking for a solution to solve problems.

I can highly recommend the B2B solution if you are a product owner like us, looking to offer sexy dashboards and BI to your users.

Nothing to dislike, couple features we'd like, but the team are working them into the roadmap

We had our own reporting tool which lacked agility and speed. Cumul.io solves this problem, enables us to show prospects time to value instantly and generates more revenue for us

Real time, dynamic, easily cutomisable dashboards. We have been able to create bespoke dashboards for each client we are supporting.
