Culture Monkey has the most advanced dashboards that I have come across in a lot of tools that i have evaluated or worked with in the past. There are customized reports and views available, split by manager level, locations, departments and roles. The best feature is the manager-level cuts and the action planning where we can actively involve stakeholders and make them a part of the solution to improve engagement scores across the org.

CultureMonkey helped us conduct our first pulse check (which we called Happiness Survey) at Finnable. It has been extremely helpful in identifying the red flags existing within the org. We are presently working with the team in developing solutions for solving issues like managerial effectiveness, autonomy etc. It is an early indicator of the org health and how we can improve on certain anchors.

CM saved a lot of time and effort in setting up routine surveys employee exit surveys & performance reviews. We were able to choose a relevant survey template that already contained all the questions and we customized some of the questions This way we were able to launch the survey to the participant at a fast pace

CultureMonkey provides an end-to-end assistance in account setup and implementation along with a dedicated account manager to help us throughout the journey. Their quick email support is something we love about their team.

Multi-language is a huge win feature for us as we have employees from across the globe having a lot of field executive multi-channel like Whatsapp, slack and messages health as it was easier for them to fill out the survey.

CultureMonkey's in-depth data analysis has helped us accurately predict attrition-causing factors and resolve them swiftly. Action planning and Dashboards are created with a lot of research, and it allows customization of the reports needed and quick access to dashboards

It has saved our time for the Engagement survey, which would have taken hours to complete. All the Managers now have the report, which helps them better understand their team's engagement level and take action based on that.

CultureMonkey's anonymous feedback function encourages employees to provide their honest opinion, and it also allows us to respond to anonymous input in 1:1 chat with the employees without disclosing their identity.

CultureMonkey's employee engagement software suffices our needs to date. Nothing as such that I can think of to list down here at the moment. However, I will update my review if I feel a need for the same.

The review calls with their teams are very insightful to discuss the launch of newer features and how it can drive more value for our team.

When we last did our engagement survey it was extremely hard to drive participation given the spread of our workforce. CultureMonkey took time to understand our complex structure and came up with a tailored communication and reach-out plan. The use of WhatsApp and MS Teams really helped in surpassing our targets.

When we got in touch with the CultureMonkey team we had a tough deadline to meet as we needed to launch our employee satisfaction program in 3 weeks. It was amazing to see how their customer team had an entire playbook in place and the onboarding was not just fast but extremely smooth. This has to be the fastest we have gone live with a new tool launch in the HR team!

Post pandemic era has been hard on the organization with the launch of a lot of new policies, and it was imperative for us to consistently understand the pulse of our growing employees. The dashboards are very detailed and give us a good sense of what demographics to focus on.
