Simple and sleek UI. The consolidated view of upcoming week's OKRs is helping me focus on execution and stick to deadlines. Alignment view is bringing transparency of what each team has been up to. Check-in reminders for OKRs is great. Praise and continuous feedback help us appreciate collegues and give feedback.
No dislikes so far, and culture has met all the expectations.
I am able to stay aligned with my team on goals and can provide feedback there with comments. Also, the summary progress email with all the changes made to the team OKRs is helpful to keep track of team progress without having to conduct long meetings.
Alignment to the company and collecting feedback are the best features of culture.easy. OKRs are aligning my goals with the team goals and making them visible to everyone in the team, reducing the occurrence of roadblocks to make progress. With continuous feedback, I request feedback from my team members after an important event like a product demo to get immediate feedback before it's forgotten.
The 'Give feedback' button on their app is not coordinated with the rest of their UI. Though the functionality works perfectly fine, I found it a little odd.

Culture's functionality is simple to use. I can track my individual goal progress, team progress and company progress and how each are aligned with one another. Regular progress check-ins make sure we are staying on track as a team and to collaborate and resolve blockers. Real time slack notifications for praises and performance cycles are also nice.
Dont have any dislikes as of now. Team is also happy about it.
Clean and simple UX
When planning goals previously, sometimes there were tasks that need to be done with different level priorities, we werent able to capture such cases and calculate progress properly. Weighted KRs are solving this issue. Also, somtimes the progress cannot be captured in gradual percentage progress, Yes/No KRs helped here. becuase of OKRs the team productivity shot up.
Giving praises to colleagues is very simple in culture.easy. The ability to check my performance, goals, feedback, achievements, everything related to my work performance at one single tool with clean looking UI is saving a lot of time..
I wish they had an option to customise the branding of the app to match our company branding. The team said that this is coming soon
Improved team recognition behavior with easy employee praises. Able to stay in sync with the own team and other co-teams on overall goals. Great OKR user experience with culture.easy is making it easy for us to adopt OKRs.
OKRs segregated according to their type are very easy to manage. The alignment view brings more clarity into what the team has been up to fulfill the larger goals. I love how culture.easy gives the ability to collect more feedback for personal and team development using 360º feedback and continuous feedback.
I was a little skeptical in the beginning to switch from my usual way of keeping track of my tasks to culture.easy, but their UX made the entire process really easy
As a remote developer, it is challenging to stay updated with the team's goals. culture.easy is solving it by company OKRs and alignment view and bringing transparency.
I liked the High-performance survey. We can let the management know what is lacking in the team to do better. In our team, we fell behind on alignment and recognition. So we used okrs and praises to improve the situation. okrs for giving a holistic view of the team and individual goals and praising to ensure that hard work and the results were good. We are noticing the improvement in employee work performance.

- High Performance survey is a unique feature that is helping us assess the current company situation and gaps. culture.easy also has supporting features to fix these gaps.
- OKRs Alignment view gives the purpose to each goal that we set up. Regular OKR check-ins are ensuring I stay on track.
- I also liked the ability to ask for feedback and receive feedback instantaneously.

culture.easy's performance reviews are incorporating the quarter's goals and accomplishments in the review process. The anonymous employee surveys are enabling us to provide genuine responses and suggestions.
I check OKRs to plan for my week and culture.easy home to check if any deadlines are approaching. Helping me focus on my tasks. Every check-in adds confidence to whether the planned goal is achievable or if there are any blockers that need to be solved by my own team or other co-teams. The support team is amazing.
There arent any downsides i can think of......

"I like that i dont need to use 4 different tools to manage OKRs, continuous feedback and performance reviews. Having all the employee performance data at one place helps and saves time a lot. In OKRs, the hierarchical view of top-down goals just brings so much clarity into why the team is working on what they are working. continous feedback and praise are very flexible to the employees, like there is no setup required by the admin for me to ask feedback from anyone.

Nothing. culture has smoothly replaced 3 other apps with no loss in functionality.
OKRs and reviews dont feel like huge tasks anymore. Also summary updates at end of the week helping us retrospect and plan for upcoming week.

It allows me to check-in on my goals with my teammates on a regular basis. The UI is clean and easy to navigate. The fact that they provide two different ways to collect feedback i.e 360º reviews which the HR admin manages and continuous feedback where i can take feedback anytime i want to is awesome.
