Culture Amp Reviews

The UI is clear and nice to work on, and everyone on our team can provide helpful feedback to each other really quickly and clearly.

There is nothing I can see that bothers me about Culture Amp.

We are able to be much more honest on a consistent basis without the need for constant 1/1 feedback sessions. Its saving us time!

I like that it allows to have clarity of thought before a meeting, as all main topics are marked in it.

I also like that we can praise other colleagues, since this helps them feel valued but it also allows me to express gratefullness when they help me.

I like the layout of the pages, it is easy to use.

Perhaps having more clarity when adding comments, sometimes I don't know if what I have written has been saved.

Also, making sure that if the session has expired, it lets me know.

Sometimes I write a whole paragraph and then without knowing the session had expired and I lose all the things I had written.

I like that I can have a way to write reviews about all my colleagues when the yearly review season arrives and have a way to monitor my progress through the year.

There isn't much to dislike. The software is easy to use.

It allows for me to set goals for both myself and my team so that we can all progress together.

- We can use it weekly, or monthly, whatever suits

- That it is a one-page scroll, having them as drop downs or able to minimise would be very helpful

- No use of data, how as a person's wellness increased/decreased, can we monitor trends

- Cant set actions or follow them up in the next session

Culture Amp allows me to have deep and meaningful discussions with staff that can impact their development in a positive way. It allows me to track conversations over a period of time to ensure I have the right information to evaluate performance.

Having the ability to link it to Outlook would be great, so if I need to move meetings, it changes in Culture Amp as well. The system is great, and this would enhance its usability greatly.

It solves the need to separately store notes from meetings with staff and superiors by keeping everything in the same place. This makes end-of-year reviews clear and easy, as you have all the information in one place. It enables staff to drive catch-up conversations by prefilling agenda items they need to discuss. It also allows conversations to go much deeper than just work as it provides an opportunity to see how staff are feeling over time.

Nothing that i can think of, for the use cases I use it covers those.

The training content is easy to consume on the go and there's a great variety of it.

There's always something new to learn.

There isn't anything that I dislike.

Perhaps the foreseeable limited content in my profile could be an issue when I'm done with all the lessons available.

The platform is used for L&D training and for user engagement survey.
