I like that it allows to have clarity of thought before a meeting, as all main topics are marked in it.
I also like that we can praise other colleagues, since this helps them feel valued but it also allows me to express gratefullness when they help me.

Also, making sure that if the session has expired, it lets me know.

Culture Amp allows me to have deep and meaningful discussions with staff that can impact their development in a positive way. It allows me to track conversations over a period of time to ensure I have the right information to evaluate performance.
Having the ability to link it to Outlook would be great, so if I need to move meetings, it changes in Culture Amp as well. The system is great, and this would enhance its usability greatly.
It solves the need to separately store notes from meetings with staff and superiors by keeping everything in the same place. This makes end-of-year reviews clear and easy, as you have all the information in one place. It enables staff to drive catch-up conversations by prefilling agenda items they need to discuss. It also allows conversations to go much deeper than just work as it provides an opportunity to see how staff are feeling over time.
