Great for teams!
What do you like best about Crystal?
These insights help me greatly when joining a new team! I can better understand how to communicate with those I am working with - shortening the learning curve. They have helpful features for crafting emails to customers and it's easy to use. The chrome integration is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about Crystal?
The price per credit seems a bit high although, if you can prove it's value by winning a deal through the 5 free credits, I can see where it would be helpful. ( I was not able to do this)

Simply Unbeatable
What do you like best about Crystal?
CrystalKnows is truly remarkable. It's super easy to set up, use, and integrate into social platforms. I personally use CrystalKnows to communicate with my clients and prospects to tailor my responses to them. I try to use it with every interaction that I have with someone professionally.
What do you dislike about Crystal?
I haven't bit the bullet on the monthly subscription yet because of the price, but I'm sure I will end up because it's a great tool.

What do you like best about Crystal?
Find good franchise owners is tough because it depends as much on whether they're a good fit as it does whether they like our concept. Guessing on fit factor can lead to disastrous results. Having a tool like Crystal really helps me see them on a deeper level quickly, and in ways I might have missed.

Actually it integrated pretty easily into my browser, so no problems so far.

A great predictive AI tool , a must have in modern professional world.
What do you like best about Crystal?
Crystal has been a great AI assistant to me in order to prepare myself for crucial conversations and meetings, it´s very accurate in determine the expected leadership and communication style of our counterpart and let us know what to expect and adapt our message to be more effective in trasmitting our message, improve our persuation and enhance our communication skills.

What do you like best about Crystal?
Very helpful research and evaluation of peoples profiles to help with targeted communication to create meaningful connection and outcomes.
What do you dislike about Crystal?
I dont like that they removed the monthly subscription option. Reduced access to writing assistant without package.

Really strong - but attempting to advocate internally is hard
What do you like best about Crystal?
We did the myers-briggs/colours exercise internally at my company so it has legitimacy as a concept + CK pretty accurately guesses peoples' colour.
What do you dislike about Crystal?
However, it's still quite hard to justify the price for a tenuous link between CK and new revenue

What do you like best about Crystal?
Crystal gives you an sense about how it will be to communicate with a person. Actually I used Crystal before going to a job interview and hey; I got the job. I have also used it on coworkers, friends or people I was going to interview for a job. It actually works.
What do you dislike about Crystal?
I don´t like that they only offer one year subscription. They used to offer a monthly subscription so that's why I purchased it privately although it was expensive. As a manager in a small/medium company I don´t recruit enough people for it to pay off to invest for a year subscription.
