Love the Results

I am so grateful to have amazing help for the coinledger team. They were quick, patient and a joy to work with. They downloaded all my crypto and assisted me in getting it done as a team. More importantly, the results of capturing all my data on coinledger was compared to my existing spreadsheet and it was accurate. That was huge for me. Thank you to my team, Caio, Seraphim. I started using Coinledger last year and taxes were a breeze! This year I bought the wrong tier and they graciously refunded me so I could repurchase what I needed. Will continue using them. Best ever!

Coinledger has great customer support.

Twice in the past month I had to contact customer support. Once to ask how to handle a particular transaction and another time to report a glitch in the program. In both instances I was contacted by Yuri within a day of me contacting support. He resolved my problems and contacted the Dev team to correct the glitch which was corrected in a couple of hours.

Great customer service

Yuri from Coinledger has helped me many times and has solved every problem I have had. He explains things very clearly and helps me solve them step by step. I like that he doesn't just send me a link that explains the next step, he uses my problem and explains what I have to do.

Caio is very thorough and patient. None of us liked being impacted by the bankruptcy that happened to Voyager so I was a fairly challenging customer for Coin Ledger but I see that they are willing to look into questions and resolve things. Thank you Caio.

Amazing support & genuine customer…

The level of support & genuine customer service is outstanding. Yuri in particular was so helpful and resolved my issues so fast.

More generally, the platform is well laid out and easy to use. My only wish is that I’d discovered them sooner and not wasted previous years’ with one of their competitors. 🤦‍♂️😆

Coin Ledger was an answer to my…

Coin Ledger was an answer to my dreams!!! They were able to import all my transactions for me and actually fill out my tax forms. I paid extra to have them do it for me but it was worth every dime. Big shout out to Benjamin and Caio who were amazing!! They know their stuff and were extremely patient with this old boomer!!! Highly recommended and yes 5 stars!!

Their customer support is really good

Their customer support is really good. I've had to use capabilities CoinLedger has for auto sync, file import and manual import. I needed a bit of help for File import and manual import of transactions from currently non-supported exchanges and Yuri from customer support responded in a timely fashion and was able to successfully guide me through the process.
