Never had any issues

Never had any issues, customer support has always resolved the problems in a timely manner and in the average time compared to all big business with lot of customers. I'm not sure why people complain about the support, they probably got scammed by other people who claimed to be crypterium. Crypterium has joined with several big companies selling their assets for example Etoro, I don't think Etoro didn't do any due diligence before accepting them. Be aware of what you say before leaving an official review

What do you like best about Crypterium?

To me, Crypto is made real by Crypterium. By transferring my cryptocurrency winnings to my crypterium online visa card, I can instantly use them to pay for groceries. For me, that has always been a crucial piece of cryptographic evidence that proves investment is worthwhile. The app is fantastic and functions well. more so now that it has been up for a time.

What do you dislike about Crypterium?

I do not dislike anything about Crypterium as it is useful for me over other platforms I have come across in the recent years.

What problems is Crypterium solving and how is that benefiting you?

They aim to be a crypto bank that stays away from the seedy and criminal aspects of the industry. I value this. This one is one of the few cryptocurrency businesses where I believe my coins are safe. I won't even begin discussing other crypto banks such as WazirX and Binance.

Making crypto gains real in the real world

Crypterium makes Crypto real to me. I can very quickly realise my crypto gains by transferring it to my crypterium online visa card and buy my groceries with it. That was always such an important proof point for me in crypto and makes investment worth the risk. The app is great and runs so smoothly. Especially now that its been up a while

Wallet Crypterium is easy to use

Wallet Crypterium is easy to use, all coins are available including bitcoin. It took me literally one minute to register, it´s not complicated at all. Using the wallet you can not only sell and buy cryptocurrency but also make money transfers with telephone number or to any Mastercard. Sometimes it can freeze and not all types of cards are available for money withdrawal but I believe that service will be improved with time. Transactions pass really quickly and you can check exchange quotes in real time mode. Also it's cool that they offer crypto-card, which I plan to order soon. No analogue I've seen so far.
