It's simple to use with preloaded questions and an intuitive dashboard system.
Wish it was a little easier to bounce between games without putting them in a combined space to begin with.
Helping the team relax, have fun and learn a little about each other.
I've used Crowdpurr for 3 years in a row at our provider event. I created a trivia game which was fun and became pretty competntiove as teams were created. Another successful and fun event!
The only downside for me is that I need to somewhat relearn the software each time since I've only used once per year. There are A LOT of options to consider. Otherwise, GREAT tool!
A great way for teams to get to know each other.
How easy it is to use for someone who's not completely tech savvy.
Nothing really... the only thing I could think of would be more options to make the visuals a bit more different per game. Such as making the buttons different shapes, or something small like that but really everything else is great!
Created an interactive component to what we are doing.
Crowdpurr worked very well for our team and I was able to successfully host 4 bingo games across 3 time zones! Jemma Retusto was incredible with walking me through the platform and ensuring I had all my questions answered before setting up and executing the game. It was great to have a leaderboard that automatically identified bingo winners. My teams were at the edges of their seats the whole time and it truly brought out their fun, competitive side. Looking forward to using Crowdpurr again!
Can't think of anything at the moment :)
We used Crowdpurr to host 4 bingo games for both interns and Talent Acquisition team members. It was a fun way to engage team members who were both virtual and in person.
Extremely user friendly; so many features that will take your event to the next level!
No downsides really; maybe one or two elements that could be tweaked/updated to include more flexibility/options with trivia/gaming
Taking a "stale" event and making it new and fun again!
Being able to involve people both in person and virtually
Wish there was a function to scramble questions or an easier way to reorganize question order when creating the survey. Also, the presentation mode cut off the bottom when using TV monitors in our conference rooms.
Needed a trivia platform
VIP sign in. This feature can be used for voting features depending on type of meeting/event you are running.
Wish they actually had a voting feature so I did not have to create a "game" to capture voting, providing additional usage for the product without a workaround.
Use it during virtual conferences, annual general meetings and events. Improves participant/employee engagement significantly, driving satisfaction and repeat business.
It is super easy to use and takes the work out of a fundraiser; questions are easy to choose, and the function keys make it super nice when presenting.
When building the trivia game, it does like to get things out of order and we usually have to export and sort and reimport but it could be worse. its an easy fix.
It is a one-stop shop for a fundraiser, even for us and makes it super easy to train even a beginner on how to use for an event.
What I liked best about Crowdpurr is how easy and quick it is to put together a fun, entertaining experience for participants. The supply of ready-made quizzes and trivia, along with the different game formats make for an endless supply of material to engage my coworkers.
I've found Crowdpurr's games to be easy and engaging. I haven't yet been able to find a downside. The only thingclose to a dislike is that the monthly subscription is $50. I wish it was between $30-40. Their free version is still an amazing value because if you are open to having people play in small teams you have way more than just 20 players.
The problem we often have is trying to keep people engaged for our larger staff meetings. We want them to get the info we are putting out there but we also want them to have a positive experience. The quizzes (trivia) and games (bingo) are entertaining and don't require a lot of preparation for us to put together. The games are easy for people to join and participate in.

It is quite intuitive. Even people who say they "aren't great with technology" can figure out how to play. Also, I love that there are so many questions/trivia themes ready to use so I don't have to create new stuff all the time. Their customer support has always been on point. I've used this software for years and they keep improving it every few months.
I'm on the most basic plan which is free. I like that this is an option! But I don't like that I can only have 20 participants at a time and only three experiences at a time. But I find ways to work around it.
Adding music clips is helpful during certain trivia games
