"The best and all you need end user / client engagement tool"

What do you like best about CrowdPower?

I love the feature set provided by Crowdpower. I am planning to use it to create engagement with my students. The platform provides tons of automation and the ability to create custom templates, making it easy to create and send emails to my students. Definitely recommend it if you are a lean shop to manage end-user engagement.

What do you dislike about CrowdPower?

There are tons of features this crow power provides, and if you are a beginner or just starting to use the product then it could be overwhelming. I wish they had instant help, where an overlay on the feature is right when you click on it.

What problems is CrowdPower solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automating emails to my students or clients. Sometimes you need to send out similar content to multiple clients. Also takes the manual work out by automating the interaction through email.

Loved the CrowdPower.io team

Loved the CrowdPower.io team! We used their product to drive inactive users back into our crowdsourcing platform. The automated campaign was very effective and saved us a lot of time. We built our campaign to drive lapsed users back into engage, vote and contribute ideas to active projects. I personally loved the automated segmentation of our customers, that was cool to see. We used a segment.io plugin and it was very straightforward to implement.
