Crowdcast has the power to run advanced webinars with video content, chat, Q/A and polls running smoothly. Video and audio quality is good, and customer support is really good. I've been running webinars for yearson crowdcast, several times a month with only a few tecnical hiccups - mostly a very stable platform that helps and does the job with ease.

New participants may find there is a bit of a learning curve in understanding how to participate if they come from other webinar / online meeting platforms - but most people get it quite fast!

My favorite feature in Crowdcast is the Q&A section where registrants can upvote questions. Also love their outstanding customer service.

I wish that livestreaming was available on the Lite plan.

We love the clean, minimal approach to online events that Crowdcast has taken. All other platforms suffer from bloatware, where they've added so many features and options it's incredibly difficult to use. We've now run over 100 conferences on Crowdcast, and have been impressed with their reliability and customer support. Plus their pricing can't be beat.

WIth their v2 just rolled out, i can't think of anything that Crowdcast lacks.

Covid changed the event space. And crowdcast quite literally saved our company, as we pivoted from in-person to online, and now we're hybrid.

What I like the most about Crowdcast is how easy it is to use, plus the support that the teams provides on the back end. Their customer support is awesome. They even have a Slack community for users that helps bring the community together.

I've never had a bad experience with Crowdcast however there have been some scrolling bugs on the main event desciption page that probably had to do with caching.

Crowdcast makes it super easy to do online events, especially with multiple sessions.

Great support as well. It just works, really. I've had some bad experiences with overly complicated setup.

They need a better function for emailing attendees / reminder email / email campaigns.

It's my preferred webinar hosting platform.

The helpdesk is fast answering my questions

Very rare there was a problem with a bug, but that was the first problem after 2 years using.

I can go to the helpdesk and get an answer asap

I love how simple it is for hosts to use; the clean interface, the automatic replay.

It isn't super intuitive for new viewers. They expect to get a link like zoom.

Video archiving is the biggest. I used to only record large events that I hired a film crew for. Now I can archive any event I want.

Crowdcast is a really easy-to-use platform for hosting live events. It's straightforward to build and run simple events but also very sophisticated if you want to take your events to the next level!

I really love Crowdcast and have used it for over five years. I honestly have no complaints at all. It has all the features I need so I'd struggle to suggest anything that I dislike

I like to share knowledge from experts within my community and live broadcast is a great way to do this. I run weekly events on Crowdcast and have expert speakers join me.
