Simplicity is one of the best features. What I also like a lot is the feature of sending emails from the sender of your choice so you can validate the actual look of the applied signature.

Sometimes, and only sometimes, it can become tricky about mail marks used to determine where to place the signature when responding from mobile devices, installed clients, or webmail.

Go for it, either using HCL Domino, MS Exchange, MS Office 365, or Windows 365 with Exchange Online; this is an absolute must.

Everybody used to have different fonts and sizes, and formats in their signature when sending emails. Now, no matter which UI or device you use, the signature remains standard and can be as elaborate or plain as you design it, and that's wonderful.

Great signature software with seamless integration to the client and server. We had to switch from Domino to 365 and all our signatures moved to the new cloud with ease.

Support is quite late to reply sometimes. It can be a bit tedious to add a few learning blocks to `a few rules. Adding a few themes can also help with efficiency.

Sticking to legal and marketing guidelines has never been easier. We are also adding department heads to the software centralised system without the need to make admins.

Ease of use. Great themes and easy to delegate to the team without requiring to add admins. Everything is stored at our Microsoft Azure Cloud and is safe and secure.

No caveats as such but there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to complicated rules especially for users with no programming knowledge. There are resources provided by Crossware which was very helpful.

We were constantly facing issues sticking to the branding guidelines every time we drafted an email. Crossware has made it quite easy to create brand-consistent email signatures that look stunning in each and every Operating system.

Missing support of dynamic groups from Exchange Online.

The maintainance of signatures through all devices and the used clients has been improved a lot.

I really like the way Crossware integrates with the Office 365 ecosystem as you can easily login with your Microsoft credentials and everything is hosted on Azure.

Banners can be a bit more intuitive but apart from that Crossware is a very mature product have not come across any caveat as of yet but will update if there is any.

We have solved brand and legal compliance issues with Crossware. Our email signatures have never looked this engaging before and have helped us get some new leads.

Great Product. Everything integrates quite seamlessly on the cloud and office 365. Very clean interface and fantastic support. Our team has a few employees with no coding experience and they use the software quite easily.

Some rules are hard to get around and building blocks can also be very tedious. has a bit of a learning curve but they do offer a great tutorial through the knowledge base.

Pricing for teams, I also wish there was more templates. I've seen some ads for dynamic email signatures, would be great to implement this at some point!
