Really helpful tool to use in conjunction with Klaviyo. You plug Crossing Minds into Klaviyo and they will provide recommendations which are based on how each customer interacts with your products. I like that you have control over what products gets prioritized and you can change that based on your priorities, i.e. inventory or seasonal items. Overall 9.5/10, would definitely recommend this

We had a solution before that was baked into a CDP and while we thought it was doing "okay" we didn't realize how much we were really missing out on by taking a proactive approach to personalization. CM is able to achieve that for us in ways that really improve on our average order value and revenue.
