Crosschq saves templates, so you don't have to set up something new every time! It is straightforward to use for us and our applicants. Have very few problems from applicants.

Sometimes it sends broken links to the applicants (at least that is what they report). Usually i will just cancel the request and send a new one and it works just fine!

Crosschq is making it so that while recruiting, I can submit the applicant's information and have their references fill out a survey. If I didn't have crosschq I would have to call three references per applicant.

The process to send and receive requests is quick and easy. We literally get responses back within a day or two which helps to streamline our recruiting process. Also, the fraud alerts have been a HUGE help in detecting false references.

I wish there were more surveys that align with our industry.

References are sent as a text messages and it's easy to see the references online for completion!

It solves the manual work of calling each individual reference and making sure each reference is valid!

Quick and easy for all end users. Love that it catches any "red flags".

I wish we could go in and edit the requests as the requestor.

Crosschq makes reference checking so easy, which is typically something that takes extra time at the end of a process when we need to move swiftly.

Doesnt let you see completed references until all references are submitted.

Crosschq is solving the problem of playing phone tag with references - makes completing references so much less of a pain.

I love how easy it is to use the system. You can create templates and send requests with just a few clicks. It does the rest for you. Would recommend to anyone!

I haven't encountered any issues with Crosschq so far.

It reduces my workload by taking care of gathering and requesting references. It will notify me once they are completed and send me weekly summaries.
