Makes my job a lot easier! A must-have for any partnerships pro!
What do you like best about Crossbeam?
There's so much I like about Crossbeam and it's ease of use, but its foundational account mapping feature by way of a really simple CRM connection is invaluable. It not only makes it really easy to identify which partner(s) to collaborate with during a sales cycle, but also simplifies partner evaluation, identifying beta customer for a new integration, or spotting co-marketing opps and more.

I also absolutely love the innovation around Crossbeam for Sales. The Chrome extension is one of my favorite features and makes ecosystem discovery super easy and delivers insights to sales teams where they are working in a very clear, actionable way.
What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very few dislikes! One or two minor things like being able to rename default populations or a bit more flexibility with CRM customizations. I also think it cold be helpful to share partner contacts at a connected partner (to help as people make moves and teams grow).

Great platform for helping showcase partner overlap and collaborate across different BU's
What do you like best about Crossbeam?
I like how it is to use, we connected to our Salesforce and so all of our BU's have easy access to see what partners are overlapping in accounts and reach out proactivel.
What do you dislike about Crossbeam?
I'd like to see more use cases that others have used Crossbeam for but really don't have many dislikes, support is great, the product is easy to use, and it's easy to integrate into our other tools.
What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam is helping us push partner led initiatives across a variety of different BU's by easily being able to integrate into a variety of our tools and showcase partner to customer overlap in an easy to use UI.

Easy and Impactful
What do you like best about Crossbeam?
Ease of use. Ease of linking to other partners and finding data. Report creation. There are so many things "easy" about Crossbeam that is has become a critical element in our Technology/Integration partner evaluation.
What do you dislike about Crossbeam?
Recently Crossbeam has been changing elements from free to subscription without notification other than pop up in UI. Frustrating, especially in December when it's the end of the sales year for most and getting last-minute deals closed.

Also, I wish when a partner invite is sent, the person's role within the organization was included; is the invite a corporate initiative or simply an AE looking for data?

What do you like best about Crossbeam?
I love how easy it is to build into our existing systems and processes once we get it all implemented. I also loved the support team at Crossbeam. They are responsive, always helpful, and always pleasant. I would absolutely recommend Crossbeam to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about Crossbeam?
I dislike that I am limited in the types of fields I can add to Crossbeam. Depending on the type of partnership, sometimes we want to share some strange data. I think Crossbeam would be best if it were more of a data sandbox, where once we make a valid connection via the URL or whatever else is used to match, we can do whatever we want with the data we share / use. That would be INCREDIBLE.

It can be hard to get partner companies to share their client list. Crossbeam is the trusted 3rd party that makes everyone feel more secure with sharing their data.

What do you like best about Crossbeam?
The most helpful thing about Crossbeam is its visibility into the overlapping joint customer journey. There are many use cases for Crossbeam, but the one I use most frequently is helping mutual customers understand the joint value prop between the various components of their tech stack. This ensures customers squeeze the most value out of their entire tech stack.
What do you dislike about Crossbeam?
Sometimes there are discrepancies in the data due to muddy CRM data or domain mismatches. This is not something that Crossbeam controls, but it can sometimes lead to confusion.
What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam is beneficial in identifying mutual customers, areas for improvement in the customer journey, and ways we can partner with our partner ecosystem to ensure customers are happy and aware of all that their tech stack can offer them.
