Cronofy integrates within calendars so easily which makes scheduling efficient and easily manageable.
I have not found a single downside so far.
We utilize Cronofy within Fountain to schedule interviews in the platform. The fact that it reads Google calendar is so helpful so that people do not double book. It's also more user friendly.
I've been using Cronofy for a longer while now and as a developer, Cronofy has been a tremendous help for integrating calendars and developing scheduling features in our product. The API documentation is clear and extensive, making integrations straightforward. It integrates smoothly with popular platforms like Google Calendar and Office 365, saving us hours of custom coding, as most of the differences and perks between them are handled by Cronofy. The timezone handling is a notable feature, especially when coordinating with remote teams. For our product, GDPR compliance and encryption standards are a must and Cronofy has shown that they take it seriously. Despite it being very easy to use and integrate, when having custom use-cases the Cronofy support team was always very responsive, fast and professional when we had questions.
Having better statistics capabilities and log filtering in the dashboard would be awesome.

We work with the Applicant Tracking System, Fountain, at my company, and they use Cronofy to integrate calendars for their scheduling tool. I was going in circles last week trying to identify an issue and realized I could just reach out to Cronofy. I heard back from them within 1 day with one solution, and they took the time to watch my Loom video and more which is amazing. They were able to offer me a simple solution. It was fantastic. I'd absolutely recommend working with them. It's rare to have such a responsive and helpful support team.
n/a - the only thing I have had an issue with is that I did not realize if an all-day event was marked 'busy' it would block off scheduling but that was more me not knowing than an issue with the product itself
Integrating Google calendar with our Scheduling tool.
It does what it says on the tin so well! It keeps a rather complicated job-related todo situtation structured and 'in place and time' through its bi-directional mapping with calendars.
I see no downsides. It works the way I need it to.

In-person help was outstanding. Over and above. The lady solved my problem in ten minutes and then spent twenty minutes helping with a similar problem, different application. THEN sent follow up links and an action plan after the call finished.
It took a while to get attention using the ticketing setup. Consider implementing 24-hour support service.
My Acuity scheduler and HubSpot program were not integrating with my new Microsoft 365 email account. It turns out the problem lay with Microsoft. Having these two programs fully integrated is exactly what I wanted in order to continue to be effective and efficient
I've worked with Cronofy at my last two firms. It allows us to remove friction points between our firm, our users, and our clients, and it also removes significant effort that allows us to scale our business more effectively. The team at Cronofy is very attentive to customer needs and I've found them exceptionally helpful in deploying their solution into key processes and technology.
They are working to build their solution set. So, while every idea one might have may not be there at the moment, it is nice to see that new enhancements are consistently being released.
We need to be able to scale our business by increasing the number of users we can schedule and utilize our service on behalf of our clients. Cronofy's scheduling solution is allowing us to increase scale without increasing the number of staff required to deliver the same solutions.
It's easy and straightforward! We have integrated Cronofy into our video recruiting platform to make it as easy as possible for our users to arrange live interviews with their candidates. The calendar connection is set up with a few simple clicks and nobody has to waste time on interview scheduling anymore. Our teams are also making use of Cronofy outside of our video recruitment platform to schedule meetings with partners, clients and colleagues. The Outlook Add-On couldn't be easier to use and we all have also our personal scheduling link within our email signatures.

As mentioned before, we integrated Cronofy into our video recruiting platform to provide a smart scheduling feature to our users. Using the Cronofy add-on, they can easily schedule Live Interviews by giving candidates several time slots options synchronized with their calendars. As companies are fighting about good talent, all time-wasting activities within the recruitment process should be eliminated. Nobody should still write emails back and forth to schedule an interview or a meeting. The same reason applies for our internal use of Cronofy. Scheduling meetings with partners and clients should also be as easy as possible, especially if several persons are included. Via the Outlook Add-On, a scheduling link can be created in seconds. A personal scheduling for each of our team members which is included in our email signatures, allows our business partners to schedule a meeting with their contact person whenever they need to.

2. unlink a linked account
You can always build in isolation with the development account provided - no charge. If it meets your business needs then go for it ASAP

We use Cronofy in our company to sync our Trello tasks to our individual Google calendars. It's super easy to set up, syncs/integrates fast, and goes for a really good price per user per year.
That said, we use it daily multiple times throughout our day since it drives how we go about things to do. It allows me to set up focused time = better productivity!
The support team is also quick to action on things.
