The Crikle service is fantastic and meets my needs perfectly, but what impresses me far more than a service that does what it says it will do is Crikle's customer service team. When I signed up for Crikle I was greeted by Capucine, who was extremely helpful with a couple of beginner issues I faced. When I asked for a specific solution to my rather peculiar needs, both Capucine and Alice went well above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed to make Crikle work across all of those needs.

I cannot speak highly enough about Crikle or Capucine and Alice from the support side of their business. AMAZING doesn't even get close to describing their abilities and desire to make sure this customer was 100% taken care of, despite the fact my request was well outside their duty to provide. If I could give them 100 stars I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I don't dislike anything about Crikle. The service meets my needs perfectly.

Crikle's integration with my calendar makes book calls and video meetings really simple and that integration is super simple to set up. Their domain branding makes all of this seamless to my business domain. Crikle is my go-to solution for meeting with clients over video.

1. Less number of people are using it make it difficult sometime to convince other to have account and join on the platform.

2. Connection sometime get extremely weak and it make sales video difficult.

3.whiteboard tool is similar to another apps we can expect something more interesting from crikle.

Please use this platform it is truly next generation platform for business sell, taking client experience to next level.

Crickle provide us a selling platform for group video conferencing and high quality video presentations within a single browser without switching the tabs in screen sharing.

For screen recording we need permission of the participant which should tbe removed.

Cost is little high comparing other.

Switch to crickle if you are tired of switching tabs in between video call meetings.

Price is little high but worth as per features.

Switching between the tabs during video calls is resolved ,as crikle all us to save presentation in the browser page which we can open during video presentation with simple click. Allow us to present High quality video while interacting with the customers or participants.

The combination of video calling with customised sales guidance is most helpful for our business. Verg easy to use and we can organise meeting any time.

Manually allowing person to enter meeting may be a problem otherwise everything is okay.

We can meeting when we want. I realised that it helped us to save our time.

I love the fact that i can create presentations during the meeting, present high quality images and videos, go through checklists and take notes without having a second screen and even screen sharing. All done inside the meeting room.

chat feature would be wonderful in case we have more than 10 people and we need to comunicate with eachother when someone is speaking

Need to work on chat feature in case of more participants, inability to add scheduling part on website. Every time need to give crikle link. Other than that everything is fine.

If we want to show presentation , it is built in with high quality. Just need to select and no need for screen sharing. Highly timely efficient with easy use.

I wouldn't say there is anything to dislike, more that I look forward to all the development that seems to be coming to enhance what the platform can do. Some functions don't work as well on certain devices, but we see ongoing engagement with us to resolve this to suit our business.

I haven't faced any such things that I disliked about Crikle as it provides incredible features for a salesperson to sell from any location
