We would like to see a more desirable printable version of the review, one that easy to read without non-essential information.
A user friendly system that will provide data and reports once we have completed a full performance cycle.
I most appreciate the support we've had from Ben since our implementation, who continues to guide us through utilizing the system. I also like how intuitive the system's administration is once you understand it, making it easier to create appraisals or forms to be precisely how you want them to be.
The only thing I don't like about the system is the On-Demand Forms settings which can't be adjusted after launching. However, I can create Appraisals or one-off On-Demand Forms for all the same things that I may have used On-Demand Forms anyway.

We can track accomplishments/performance throughout the year with journaling/tags, which are readily available during the review process, single sign-on, real-time email notifications/reminders, compensation module for bonus planning, custom reporting, etc.).

How many little details there are that can be missed when creating them. But that could also be chalked up to me needing to pay more attention to detail

The inputting of employee information can sometimes be finicky - for example, the search function for inputting an employee's manager, CEO, etc.

Implementation into emPerform was painless, and I felt guided throughout the process. My account manager spent a good amount of time ensuring I am always set up for success. She is available for one-off follow-ups and to help me make changes year over year. I appreciate how easy the system is to use from an employee's perspective. We've had a great experience over the last two years.
The system isn't the flashiest but I have all of the fields I need for successful annual emplpoyee evaluations. This isn't an issue but I find it challenging to make larger changes on my own. It isn't an issue because my account manager is great and will always jump on a call to walk me through the changes I want to implement.
One of the best things about emPerform is the customer service and as someone with a small HR team, having that hands-on support has been a lifesaver. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a well-round utility system.
With emPerform we implemented an annual performance plan for each employee. We can collect and share feedback through the plan (calendar) year and prompt quarterly check-ins between managers and employees. Additionally, we built out a more concise year-end review process.

The entire system! Having all information tied to the review, the ability to create reports with graphics for our senior leaders, and the way the workflow moves the form from one leader to the next are some of my favorites. The compensation and succession planning modules are very easy to implement and our leaders like these features as well.
If I had to pick something I dislike, I would say it's not having the ability to view all employees (if you have a large number on your team) on the landing page and once you click out of an employee, you are routed all the way back to the home page. It's a minor item, but leaders have asked me if this ever will be a functionality in the future. I tell them maybe!
I recently partnered with our emPerform rep to create a customized report during our goal setting activity. During this step in our process, this report allowed the leaders to review all goals set and ensure they are tied to our strategic objectives and departmental goals. There is so much that the system can do!
