CrewHu solves a problem that all companies have, how to make your staff feel loved, but ensuring that those who don't get recognition don't feel like it is unfairly based on manager's personal opinions.
It can become a little on the expensive side if the company is larger. It also does not allow you to split recognition amongst multiple staff.

Crewhu make feedback quick and easy for our busy clients, and allows us to see at a glance how we are doing, and respond to any feedback that may not be exceptional. It integrated with many of our systems so allow a seemless use across those platforms.
While Crewhu does offer a lot of integrations, it's still missing some of the most important apps in our software stack that would make running contests much easier and require less manual input.
Gamification is a big issue we were looking to solve with Crewhu. It's engaging to our employees, and the reward system allows us to give back to them and recognise all their hard work.

Needing to know how to code. The custom options require coding expertise. The lack of "know" of what each item is. There could be a "info" button next to each item so you know what it is and how to use it.
We thought our clients liked us but we really weren't 100% sure, now we know for sure our clients are happy with our services.

We have CrewHu setup so that peers can recognize each other when they see someone exhibiting one of our core values. The team loves this and we celebrate each peer award in our weekly all staff meeting.
I haven't really found any downsides. We integrate it for our team and clients and it works flawlessly. The support is amazing as well!
