Using their entire suite of apps (Wow Video, Markup, Animation and more), I can do almost anything like a pro which I certainly am not! It is also really easy to collaborate with team members

They give you a scanner tool, but I find the Adobe version a better product

This app suite makes it easy to create truely pro content that I have never been able to do before

I like the program is pretty multifunctional. It allows users to work with documents, videos, animation, notes, texts and such. I've chosen the program because it's wide and also because there's an ability to work on a single project in different apps of the program. Besides, one of the best aspects of C365B, is that you can cut down some expenses. If you buy the program for several people in your office, there's a discount. The more people you include, the less it costs.

One of the apps seems like an unfinished project. I mean Animation Desk. I can't say it's bad but it's worse than the other apps in the kit. In my opinion, the interface is too complex for an app with simple features. There can be done simple operations, but I don't use it very often.

In my opinion, it's important to try the program at first and then deside, whether it's good for you or not, but you can use a single subscription for that. Don't miss the opportunity to save some money and don't let each of the co-workers buy the paid version. See if it's good and buy all the subscriptions simultaneously.

Mainly, the program helped me to realise, how important it is for a company's employees to share the platform, with the help of which they work. It's really convenient now to share files, since you can open them in the right app and rate your co-workers work without unwanted aspects like a wrong format or otherwise. When we started using Creativity 365 for business, the work process became easier and quicker.

I got this suite for the Write-on Video and Noteledge apps, but since then I've been using all five, especially Animation Desk for creating short animated clips that I integrate into the videos in order to make them even more interactive. All apps are quite functional, and you can do a lot with them, especially if you are a visual thinker.

Since I have ended-up using mostly Animation Desk and Noteledge, I hope that the developers will keep improving the apps by adding new features and making them more intuitive. But overall it's a great suit and I find it very useful.

Very useful set of tools for creative professionals, artists, illustrators, educators, students, researches and people who create content for social media platforms. It might be possible that you will need to use tutorials for Noteledge and Animation Desk, but it will be worth the effort.

All these content creation tools help with different tasks related to information organisation, idea generation and multimedia editing. You can create so many different projects, including interactive presentations, annotated videos, mind maps, frame animations, and storyboards. I am using this suit for making videos, presentations and slide shows for both personal use and business, and it saves me lots of time without mentioning that these tools allow me to express all my ideas interactively and get all the feedback I need right away.

Each of the suite's apps has many features that easy the working process. In my opinion, Markup, Noteledge and Pocket Scanner are the most useful amongst the apps. In Markup, you can sign PDFs, plus add annotations that can be shared separately, which saves a lot of time. Pocket Scanner allows you to quickly scan all kinds of paper documents, even if you are on the go. Besides, the other apps - Write-on Video and Animation Desk are really good for quick video editing and short animations. Fairly useful set of apps, overall

A couple of things that I do dislike include inability to view PDFs in Noteledge, the Animation Desk UI has lots of room for improvement, and basically each app has a couple oh things that the developers should work on, in terms of both UI and UX.

You can also get these apps separately, just in case you like only a couple and don't want to get the whole suite.

The apps in this suite are a great time-saver, as I have already mentioned. I really like Pocket Scanner and Write-on Video - I think they're the best designed apps of the bunch. Each app has a few things it does well, and a few that need work. In most cases, Though, I like it.

I'm usually dubious about app suites because there's always an app or two that just plain useless (in my personal experience). Not with this suite, though. With Creativity 365, all the apps actually have a high degree of functionality, providing the user with software that works, and works well. I can't say that I use all the apps daily, mostly it's one or two every day, but throughout the week, I definitely use each of them at least once.

While the applications are useful, some need improvements in terms of both UI and UX, the design itself is a bit outdated in a couple of the apps and could use some sprucing up. Aside from that, I don't have any other complaints.

Try and figure out what each app does individually - since they're all so different, you have to get to know each app separately.

It's great to have different apps that function well with each other. I can create content in one app and continue working on itin the other one - that just makes the apps haver higher usability in general.

The software is well thought-out and there are enough apps to easy the working process by quite a bit. In my opinion, the most useful tool is the PDF Reader and I use it more often than any of the other apps. It enables you to read files, edit them, scan documents and create new PDFs out of them, you can even fax a file right from the app. Apart from PDF Reader, there are other apps that make my work easier, like Write-on Video, for instance. It's easy to quickly edit videos on the go and share the quickly as well.

I think it's great that apps such as Markup exist. It's easy to highlight web articles, but I think the US could be improved a bit, also the app crashes sometimes. I like the interface and how everything is laid out, but when I open the account with the information that I have saved previously, it's easy to get confused because the design of that page seems to be piled on and it's too much of everything in there. It took me some time to adjust to the interface and I wish it was simpler.

If you are not sure about this software - whether to buy it or not, there is a trial that will help you decide. To be honest, when I was first read about this software, I didn't think it would be very good and decided to try it for free. I haven't regretted my choice so far.

This software suite speeds up my working process quite a bit. It simplifies how you go about performing certain tasks. For instance, the PDF Reader takes care of all your PDF needs, Write-on Video is aimed at creative parts of the job, such as presentations and video editing. Markup helps with saving web content and generally the software gives you many opportunities to sit back and let these little apps help you out.

All five apps have something unique and useful to offer across the board; the apps work off each other and allow for some awesome cross work capabilities. The Eco system in that regard is truly one of the kind and just all around working with files, either editing PDFs or scanning documents and having all of this linked to a cloud really encompasses the brilliance of how just a couple of apps can do so much for a person and his work.

I wound't say that there are particularly any "downsides" when it comes to using this product. Although I do tend to focus and use mostly four out of five apps but that doesn't bother me one bit. Perhaps instead of having to install all apps separately, they cloud somehow be under one app?

If you're a creative person or a business individual or even a student, I can see C365 being the thing for you. It really does wonders once you get accustomed to it and the results are evident.

I am able to be more creative with the work that I do. When working with PDFs and having a big amount of files, it's easy to keep things organized and easily accessible. From time to time when making presentations, these apps come in handy and all are under one wing. Just benefits all around from time management to increased creativity and productivity.

The tool is handy as it has proper integration with Different platforms. The

collaboration through teams, messaging, doc, etc is also appreciable.

The interface is easy and navigation is use friendly

It's good, however, sometimes we need to redownload the previously downloaded content. The Image editing and support system are not 10/10 and require effort to make it more use-friendly

Due to its simplicity in creation, added images, and tools we extensively used it which helped to make things easier and faster for our work.

Each app is great in its own way - I can't honestly say which one I like the most because all of them have some very useful features. I've been using Write-on Video for editing video content for a couple of the social media platforms that I'm using, and I use NoteLedge for both work notes and notes outside of work.

Besides the occasional crashing, the apps aren't optimized for bigger screens, so I have to do a lot of the work on the go - on my phone.

Practice using the various tools across all the apps and utilize them as much as possible to really get the best bang for your buck.

The apps are great for creating visual content - I'm able to edit my videos, add animation, export it quickly. NoteLedge app is also nice since you're able to sketch in it, then add those sketches to your video content. So the apps work well together.

The apps that are part of Creativity 365 are great tools for keeping all you files/documents in good order, creating efficient presentations and sharing everything with colleagues or clients. I think the variety of creative software that this platform offers helps with bringing something new to my working process. I especially like NoteLedge for notes and Write-on Video for video editing.

Animation Desk is not as well-designed as the other apps, in my opinion. I still use it for some animation parts of my presentations and then edit them in Write-on Video, but I wish the app was upgraded in terms of the interface. It's not really convenient and I use this app least of all because of such inconvenience.

I think each of the apps that make up this software bundle can be useful in different parts of your job. They're more than what they seem. For instance, Animation Desk seemed totally useless at first since I'm not an artist an wasn't interested in animation before and didn't know how to apply it at work. Later I realised that animation lets me be creative in lots of ways, so it's important to consider each app individually and see if you like it.

I have to say that the software makes communication between coworkers easier and faster. For instance, Markup helps not only to sort all kinds of information that you want to save or remember, it also enables you to share it with a group (of colleagues for instance) in no time. Besides, communication gets easier because of well-designed synchronization feature that keeps all the data online and you don't have to think about USB drives or other data storage devices. Personally, I use Noteledge the most because of the ability to export notes in PDF format, as I mentioned before, and Markup because I can quickly share some information without a necessity to copy/paste text.
